I cannot recommend Marcus and Amanda high enough for their perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so patient with me whilst I changed my mind on various occassions, also coming in often with a noisy toddler in tow! Consistently good service. One very happy customer.

AVOID! Absolutely horrendous, despicable service throughout our entire time renting through them and in particular terrible terrible service with Paul! As an owner of a business myself I would be out of business if I treated my customers like this (which is essentially what I am). Treated so badly by the lettings department despite selling my property through them only months before and giving them a few thousand in commission as a tenant they treat you so so badly. Do not go near David Ball for rentals and stick with Andy at I Move who is amazing!

I would highly recommend David Ball Agencies. Their representative Louis Harris was very helpful and friendly with excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. He was professional and efficient at all times and most importantly got me in to my new apartment smoothly and on time.

flat 3 Tower Road Newquay kept my mums deposit who is a pensioner and took another months rent from her bank scum bags don't trust, also said there was problem with light fittings which were like that when she moved in and said the carpet was stained which is also a pack of lies.

We recently bought our CG Fry & Sons house on the Nansledan estate, through David Ball. Marcus was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We were previously renting through David Ball and have always had a good experience.

Not only they rented us a neglected building but also they ve put it in AUCTION the day after we sign the contract and moved in. Only one week passed and the paint came off the walls. Asked for a professional and instead got Mrs. Ball, owner of the agency saying that is our fault for cooking and showering, we create the condensation ... for only living less than a month there.... the only solution was to move out just after we moved in all our belongings. No respect for the costumer at all, and last but not least they will keep your deposit! it s a scam. Good luck.

Marcus Shelton based in the C G Fry office at Nansledan has been absolutely superb in dealing with our house purchase. Having been liaising with him for a couple of years whilst trying to buy our dream Cornish home (but being let down by our buyers twice) we finally sold and rented at Nansledan. I have to say I have bombarded Marcus with questions over the last year and he has always remained super professional and gone out of his way many times to help us. Avoid like the plague. Have absolutely no interest in helping out their tenants, instead preferring to sit and ignore emails and point the blame at other people in an attempt to steal all the money they can. The lettings manager refuses to answer basic questions, claiming explicitly that she will not offer solutions to problems which she deems to be "common sense". In her relentless efforts to deny any professional responsibility, she ignores emails and sits idle at her desk claiming that she will not act on an issue that is developing because the landlord has not explicitly told her to do so, even if she knows how to resolve the problem herself. Either she does not actually know what she is doing or she is completely without a care for anyone looking for her opinion. I'm still waiting for an answer to the last email I sent her 28 days ago.
The 1 star that I have given in this review is for Paul who, unlike the others I dealt with, actually seems to have a shred of professionalism and decency and is the only redeeming character within this association.

We can not thank Marcus and Amanda enough for all of their help, without them we would not be living in our beautiful new home. When we hit complications Marcus was on hand to help and advice and he truly saved the day! Throughout the whole process everything was explained clearly which made it a little bit easier being first time buyers. We are now in our very first home and it's all thanks to these two!

Even after we moved in they rang to check everything was ok and contacted the site manager to sort out a couple of little problems for us. Great team.
