Bought a brand new boiler from this company. Fault...

Bought a brand new boiler from this company. Fault in boiler despite it being brand new. Took them 2 weeks to come back. Came back and couldn t fix it. Then came back 2 weeks later and refused to to go into the loft because ladder needs to be fixed to the wall . This is despite his colleague using an unfixed ladder previously. Also wouldn t wait while I screwed ladder into wall. I have a pregnant wife and 2 kids an I m unable to get heating/hot water from this brand new boiler or this company. Awful customer service and product.
