Unfo there isn t a NO STAR OPTION! I am sitting here on a paid call to Cust Servs after 20 minutes...still waiting for my call to be answered and 3 similarly unanswered calls to ask a simple question that would take 1 minute to answer . The website is useless and no basic Search option in FAQs so you re expected to read the 5 million random questions to find a similar one to mine. SO surprised a German company has such terrible CS...if it s their UK counterparts, they should perhaps take into account the massive cultural differences re efficiency and respect and launch a training programme to re-educate their apathetic management. Sadly, my expectation of UK trades and services is exactly this experience and makes me reluctant to buy any other product from them. Useless.
