Have been with them for 17 years and up until this year booking a service took 5 min. Today 6th Sept 2018 it took a 20 min wait to get through. Finished up with 2 separate call handlers and being told they could not come out til November! Told about online booking so tried that and it it was booking up for October? Their call center & online systems don't talk to each other. The service contract went up 13% this year, I now need to look at canceling the service contract & go somewhere better!
