Won't be using one of your boilers ever again. It's the middle of winter, I have a 2yr old boiler with a 10yr guarantee. The heating side of the boiler has stopped working and u tell me u can't send anyone till Wednesday??!! So when I ask Ur customer service rep if I can find a Worcester approved person and get him out today, will u cover the cost, of course not is the answer!!! I have to freeze at home,( where I also work full-time) for 4 days till you find someone else??!! Then, I ask if I have to buy a heater to see me through the next 4 days, u also tell me that's at my cost??!! I mean, what's the point in paying a premium for your boiler and services when this happens?? We'll be taking you off all specs sheets moving fwd and informing our community to do the same... it's absolutely ludicrous, and when I find the right authority to report too, I will, as your complaints department won't get back to me for weeks Ur customer service rep says...!
