Stay away from Alex. Offered me buy one get one free bogo and later on I found out my plan didn't qualify for it. Now I have to pay 2400 for phones. Tried complaining and all I figured out was if they make mistake at store customer have to pay for it. Good luck guys
Services wasn't what I expected. I came t o purchase two phones and the man waiting on me took two other customers and made me wait. I had to tell him I was here before them and they needed to wait their turn. That was just the first of many mistakes he made!

For two years this has been our go to T-Mobile store, the staff has changed sadly because we have gotten wonderful help, but have also found the new staff to be on the same caliber of knowledge and helpfulness, which is true for most T-Mo stores but not all. This store is consistently top notch.
