Not helpful and unprofessional. I tried to return my phone because I didn't get a shipping label. I know this is possible, because another store was willing to do it, I just wasn't able to make changes to the account at the time. I came to this store to do the same thing, and the associate interrupted me in the middle of a sentence to talk to another customer that just walked in. Handled the other customers issue without even addressing me and then told me to call customer service to get help. Go to another location!
