Very unprofessional staff. Never get appointments straight. Informs you to call a certain date for an appointment and deny ever making the claim. Definitely taking this complaint to the top.

This clinic is very good the wait time is short even as a walk-in. I have been a client there when I was pregnant and also go to the pediatric clinic across the street, my daughter love the staff and they know us on a first name basic. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Stay far away from this doctors office. I'm still appalled at how unprofessional all the staff and doctors are. When my daughter was 1 month old I had a lot of issues with breast feeding. I was in need of help so my former doctor Annelle Taylor suggested making an appointment for me with a lactation specialist Sandra Arevalo. On the day of my appointment I arrived early, signed in, and gave my insurance card then sat down and waited for my name to be called. I began noticing people who came in after me were being seen and I was still waiting there. I finally got up after an hour went by to find out what was going on. I spoke to an older Hispanic woman who told me " why would you just sit there for an hour". At this point I was very upset because she is the one that signed me in and saw that I had my new born with me and she literally ignored me the entire time even though I sat right across from her.Another receptionist proceeded to call Sandra Arevalo and find out when she would be seeing me. Apparently she forgot I was coming in and said she won't be seeing me today because she's to busy. Sandra never came out and apologized or even called me after the fact. She literally didn't care at all and neither did my doctor annelle Taylor. I left my new born hungry because I planned on coming to the doctors office to receive help breast feeding my daughter. After that day I switched to a doctors office that sees my daughter within 5 minutes and is very knowledgeable. Please moms do not receive and care for yourself or your child here. These doctors are very incompetent and worthless. Sandra Arevalo deserves to lose her job. I've continuously tried to report her to montefiore but no one ever calls me back. I've gathered from this experience that montefiore as a whole doesn't care about any of their patients and disregards complaints. I will never visit any montefiore office or hospital in my life again. I will also continue spreading the word about this unprofessional company and will be taking my complaints to the better business bureau.
