The service plans were priced right, the phones were great, but the service was just bad. I couldn't get more than 1 bar in my home and I had to be upstairs to make it work. Luckily I was able to return my phone and cancel my service before getting locked into a contract - the girl that helped me buy the phone and return it was great.
