Alex was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most of my experiences at cell phone places are terrible. The "salesmen" at Verizon try to sell me everything under the sun I don't need and literally harass me if I don't buy. Alex sold me what I needed and explained everything. It was a good experience. Amazing customer service.
