February 2019, I was north of Huntsville snowmobiling. My 2015 skidoo had a leaking RAVE gasket. I wasnt able to get to any dealer but I had friends meeting me who were driving through Barrie, who could stop and pick up the part for me BUT depending on traffic St Onge likely would have been closed.

"St-onge" you guys are far away from any Saint that's for sure..Would never get my bikes or any of my other toys serviced here. Sloppy work. Sloppy attidude.. Just watch how they act after they make the sale. They are under staffed and not very welcoming... Went there with my buddy to buy a dirtbike...

Knowledgeable people.. Salesman Jerry is great to work with and friendly. Very helpful. Service department is sub par. Always someone complaining about service every time I go in. Parking is an absolute mess. Almost worth looking for a new dealer as I've never seen a more unorganized mess.

I'm from up north around Sudbury but I have family in the muskokas, we usually make the extra trip down to Barrie to pick up parts from St onge as they are much more helpful than the dealers we have up north. Glad I found you guys youve been a lot of help. love the longer hours!

Over the past ten years we have purchased numerous new and used units. The process has always been straight forward and stress free. We have also purchased replacement parts, maintenance parts and aftermarket parts for these units. Always a good time with the fun bunch.

I have purchased quite a few toys over the years from St. Onge Recreation and always had luck with their sales guys. This past winter I was having a ton of trouble with my snowmobile that I had purchased privately and they managed to track down an electrical gremlin that others could not find.

Most people are really nice and have had my family's business for a while now. Still I feel like there could be a little more professionalism at the workplace. Otherwise it's great. If you want someone to help you. Ask for Joe he's our guy

Worst customer service.

Worst customer service.

No one has a clue behind the service counter.

They're customer service rep for BRP is a joke.

More training needs to be done for newer employees.

I've called in with ongoing problems and the response I get is "I can't do anything for you"
