Had a great buying experience with Mat (Mathew Cacciatore) and Stefano at Serpa Auto. It took a week or so to work out a deal, but Mat put in the time and never lost his attention to detail. Couldn't help but Notice Stefano was always in the background seeing this through as well. Finally when it came time for delivery, I was well looked after by Mat, Stefano, and Amanda. All Ii have to say is wow! I bought my precious green 2015 Mini from here, it is my first true car. Sadra worked with me personally, and Tony helped me sign the deal. I feel most people have their guard up when they enter dealerships, to me it was foreign and I was terrified of being taken advantage of due to my age and lack of knowledge. I entered and saw these beautiful Ferrari's and Audi's - I instantly felt out of place. I was then immediately greeted by their Receptionist, I wish I got her name because she made me feel right at home. Talked to me until my test drive, offered me the best coffee ever, and made me feel at home. Dealing with Sadra was truly a breathe of fresh air, he was honest and transparent with me, showed me both sides to everything so I could form my own opinion and decisions, he truly helped me find what was best. The only pressure I ever felt to sign was so I could receive their promotion of the month (an ipad mini), not so he could make commission or meet any quotas. When it did come time to sign, Tony went over every last detail to make sure I was going to leave happy, and there was nothing I was unaware of that would sneak up on me in the future. No matter what car you're looking for, you will receive the most excellent care and service here, and there is no doubt in my mind you wouldn't leave happy!

Bought the 2009 IS-F. Great service. Loved the enthusiasm of the sales team. It was actually nice to actually chat with someone knowledgeable about cars for a change instead of reciting things off a spec-sheet. Loved how well kept the facilities were. Everything just said professional. You can really feel their desire to ensure you enjoy the vehicle. Everything was above and beyond. Better experience than buying at a new car dealership.

I bought a 2016 Harley Davidson from Newmarket Yamaha Suzuki which was bought by serpa. I bought the bike in November serpa bought them in December I bought my bike certified. I picked my bike up and of April it was supposed to be plated and stickered. I thought the bike was good to go I went to Wausau beach with a friend of mine I got pulled over for an expired temporary sticker got $110 ticket. I brought the bike back after I went to the ministry to get another 10-day permit. The ministry said they never safety the bike it wasn't even registered. I talked to the owner Frank serpa they said they would take care of it and pay the ticket instead they turn around and charge me $201 for a diagnosis because the water pump went on my Harley. I bought an extended warranty from Sean Bowen and extended warranty people won't even cover the water pump. So now I have a $27,000 bike that's not even safetied. Omvic has been calling serpa to discuss my problem. Nobody is returning their call it's not a good company to deal with I wish I had my money back

We could not have been happier with the service we received from Tony and all staff at Serpa Automotive. My tires had deflated not too much due to cold weather. I have never had this happen before. I drove in around 9:00 am and they were inflated within 15 minutes complimentary. Great service. We ll be back in a couple of months for my regular oil change.
