I dropped my 1986 Suzuki intruder to have it repaired and inspected for registration purposes. All the major repairs were done within the first week of being dropped off to their location. Three weeks later and they still held my motorcycle claiming that a small box by the backrest was missing a locking device and needed replacement because it was a safety issue. According to them it was the same as having a loose car fender, what a joke. Repairs were finally made and I paid them in full including delivery to my home address in the same city. Going into week 5 and their incompetence and lack of professional skills have shown to be the poorest of the entire nation. One of them even said to me that he only wanted my money and not my bike. If it is not delivered today, then tomorrow I will be showing up to them with the cops. Avoid this struggling little shop at all cost unless you can tolerate poor customer service and ignorant behavior on a place that it suppose to service the clientele with the utmost highest standards of business. I will never let them touch any of my vehicles again.
