Worst customer service.

No one has a clue behind the service counter.

They're customer service rep for BRP is a joke.

More training needs to be done for newer employees.

I've called in with ongoing problems and the response I get is "I can't do anything for you"

Most recently I picked up my boat and they didn't put the drain plug back in.

I drove two hours before I noticed.

They're help to me is "I can't do anything from here"

Thankfully another dealer had a plug close by.

I will never deal with them ever again
