This is the first google review iv'e ever written about a service dealer. I ordered a trailer for my Sea Doo Spark last Thursday on the phone with the sales rep. I was told there were 15 in stock but was not informed that they were not assembled yet. I drove 2.5 hours only to be told by the sales rep that the trailer wasn't at the yard or had not been assembled yet. I was at fault according to the sales rep because I should have given him a specific date and time I would be there to get the trailer. After driving back home the sales rep then told me on the phone that the trailer would be ready to go Saturday morning. I had told him I would arrive the following weekend. Fast forward a week later, I called the sales rep to notify him I would be arriving Friday around the early afternoon and asked if the trailer was ready to go to which he responded "yes its 100% ready to go." I had arrived around 2:00 p.m paid the full amount for the trailer only for him to tell me the trailer was still at the other yard. He then asked me to hold tight while he tried to find out what was going on. I was told it would take a half hour to get the trailer from their other yard to the dealer where I had been waiting. I then got a text saying the drivers were behind schedule and wouldn't be dropping the trailer off till around 3:45 p.m. He also added that I should have told him exactly what time I would have been arriving because apparently that matters. After sitting for 2 hours with no communication from the sales rep, I then ended up speaking to the manager who actually tried to find out where my trailer was. No more than 15 minutes later the trailer was at the yard. I appreciated the fact he actually tried to understand how far I was driving only to sit there for 2.5 hours because the sales rep is incompetent and pathetic at his job. I will also add that the sales rep never once called me during the week to give me any update on the trailer. I believe the sales rep is lazy with zero communication skills and accountability and I personally believe he's not qualified to tie his own shoes let alone deal with sales. I will never return there and truly hope they find better staff.
