Great sales department but when I took my new Outlander ATV in for the first 10 hour service (with only 260 kms on it), and for a few things I was lead to belive were warranty items, when I picked up the machine, some if the required service work was not performed. I had marked and put silicone on some of the bolts and they weren't touched not to mention I was also billed labor and material for the warranty items! Was able to eventually get my money back but not without a big hassle.
