My friend and I recently Inquired about purchasing two used snowmobiles from St. Onge Recreation. Things started out fine but quickly went south, I had the pleasure of dealing with Gerry Dennis who was very knowledgeable, very professional and the only honest person I dealt with. My friend and i both put a $500 hold on these vehicles while we were waiting on financial rates. Once my credit application was accepted I was then transferred to the finance department and this is where things got interesting.

I received an email approving my credit application from Darryl Wallin their BUSINESS MANAGER. I looked it over and I was appalled at there rates as I have a great credit score. I quickly responded with an email as well as a phone call but Darryl always seemed to be away from his desk or with another client. At this point I was getting very frustrated with no response from Mr. Wallin. I called and went over Darryl's head and low and behold Darryl contacted me very quickly.... CONVENIENT!!

Both theses deals were based on a finance rate that was acceptable to both parties. This was agreed upon prior to the credit application being submitted. We could not come to an agreement and I simply asked for my $500 deposit back. After hours of arguing on the phone they where still refusing to return my deposit. After talking and explaining the situation to the only guy in the place that is professional Mr. Gerry Dennis quickly spoke too the owner and Darryl to resolve this situation and I am happy to say I finally received my deposit. I will never step foot into St. Onge again. I do not recommend this place to anyone and If I could leave a no star rating I would have.

I would just like to express to the sales man Gerry Dennis If you ever go to another dealership please advise us. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who is professional and knowledgeable.
