Took my cat ATV in for service which has not been done for a few years, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Countless times I have bought used parts/received great service even used to work there when I was a kid. I called for a quote instead of going in and speaking to the staff in person like usual. Asked for a used brake caliper for a 1994 skidoo they wanted $75.00 plus tax. For a used part that I will have to pull. I will now order from ebay this is the last time I will ever buy or recommend people to buy parts from there.

Best cycle/sled Salvage (at least for older parts) within a 5 hour drive, Take my word. I've checked....

Great service. Quick and very helpful. Even help over the phone.

Great selection of wrecked bikes to scavenge through. Snow mobiles and ATVS too. Good selection of new accessories as well. Very nicely laid out store.

Prices are Par. Could have made a better deal last visit. Was somewhat dissapointing on a short dirt bike shock. Price for used junk. Was way to high.

Decent bunch here. Usually have what I need. If they don't then they can get it within a few days depending. Knowledgeable staff too.

When I have an issue with a quad or sled these are the huts that get me sorted A+++

Could be more organized and know what they have in their inventory. Asked the guy if he had a headlight socket for my bike and he kept showing me fairings, with no headlight assemblies in them. Didn't really seem like he knew much of anything.

This is a super place to get work done on your bike. They are very knowledgeable, on time and professional. Recommend them over and over again.....

Have visited the store many times and purchased a few used machines, the staff is always helpfully and always great prices. Definitely recommend.

I go to bike night at Cycle Salvage (Thursday nights) several times each summer. These folks are great community members.

They are two weeks behind in their work kind of inconvenient

Definately wont be going back to this place... they tell you they're having a giant sale yet everything is reg retail price .. parts guy doesnt seem to know anything and the owner doesnt seem to care ... would not recommend this place to anyone stay far away if you value your money

Not a great place for used parts anymore, staff is somewhat helpful but prices are usually higher than comparable places...not a great selection for anything, unless you want a helmet or a Chinese toy...used to be great place for finding scarce parts, not anymore...don't recommend

I have purchased two machines from Peterborough Cycle Salvage / Cat Shack. From the sales staff who got me lined up with the exact machine(s) I was after, to the parts staff doing what it take to making sure I find what I am after. And the service department is beyond exceptional with their knowledge and attention to detail. Always great experience dealing with the crew!

Located in Peterborough on Hwy 28 this gem of a place offers great courteous customer service and very knowledgeable staff, they're sure to have all of your supplies needs and wants, it's worth going to visit...

I was surprised at how nice it was inside because the name says salvage. It is a salvage yard for old motorcycles but with a much nicer store than most salvage yards. Lots of new parts and motorcycles.

Poor service. They may or may not have what you need but they sure will throw in a dose of sarcasm!

A friend bought a 350$ helmet, was worn 3 times and falling apart, asked if they d exchange it and answer was no you dropped it, very ignorant, it s an obvious manufacturer defect, a lot of us will never go back to do business, bad choice cycle savage!!

First visit to the store. A lot of good products. Valerie on staff was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Will make a point of shopping there in the future.

Lots of parts guys wouldnt come out off the building to give advice (new to working on snowmobiles) beacuse there was an extremely light rain.

Always treated well by cycle salvage, and if been dealing with them for decades!

They have everything you need and if they dont they will order it in. Great prices

If you have a bike older than 5 years they probably have almost any part needed in the room downstairs. Plus they have a large yard behind the building with bikes being stripped and trailers full of other parts. All sorted by type, like one full of axles and drive parts and another with engines. Worth wandering around for a couple hours!

Very good place for new and used motorcycle and snowmobile parts, also used bikes and new snowmobiles, very good prices

Staff was friendly and helpful. TONS of used bike parts here, it's called "Cycle Salvage" for a reason - be sure to visit the basement!

Dont buy any used parts from downstairs they say they test them and when you go to use the part and it doesnt work they will not exchange or refund.

Will no longer do business with people who treat customers like this.

Called asking for repair service. ( carb clean and tune up for my 2 stroke) mechanic advised me to change spark plug first( would have cost me 130 aprox ) and it fixed my issue.
Awesome people polite and professional.

I had repeated problems with a helmet. These guys went above and beyond and remedied the problems.

Stopped in today to look for Helmets,gloves etc for my Motorcycle School in May. I was greeted with a smile and was shown all the different helmets to choose from. Large selection with a purchase i was happy with!

These guys sold me the wrong part for my quad. Suggested I was lying about buying the part approximately 7 days previous, and did not refund my $. Is it my fault the parts guy screwed up? Nooope

Was overcharged for a rad. The owner added on an extra 100$ to the original price when it was already agreed. Not happy with the pricing scheme

Good bunch of people there. Not pushy like some places for a sale. Scott was good to deal with, would highly recommend this place

Good guys, been going there for years. Still manage to find the odd treasure for my restorations and custom bikes.

Wow what can I say. POOR customer service on a regular basis. Constantly ignored at front desk even when not busy.

Great place have delivered power products here many times over the years. Always friendly eager to held and glad to see us. Now as a driver thats great. So can only imagine how great they are with customers. Highly recomend them.

Always a good selection of reasonably priced helmets.

Ordered 3 wear rings from them (WSM branded). Came in, 2 were to be 159mm and 1 was supposed to be 155.5mm. Package showed that correctly but all 3 were identical 159. I replied to Peterborough Cycle about the issue, no reply what so ever 8 days later. Won't use them again, even if you won't come good at least answer your emails guys!

Bike night during the summer puts back to the community. They have been very good with the parts I bought there.

Had a disappointing experience, trying to obtain parts. After conversation with the owner, obviously this is a difficult year for any business. Lost a few weeks waiting for a part that will never arrive, will continue to deal locally to support small business. Owner was very friendly and helpful over the phone to offer guidance for my repair.

I just purchased a Havoc and a Mud Pro for my family.

They told me to go find the part I wanted downstairs. I made them show me around down there but had to really make them help.

Then I was told to go outside and look for myself to find what I need in the scrapyard.

Zero customer service.
