I d give it 2.5-3 stars. Location is great but property is tired and the service wasn t up to par for the cost. It was mostly an accumulation of a number small customer service issues but it built up over the 5 days.

Location is A+, but service (especially room service) is unfortunately abysmal. Most rooms need a complete revamp. If you can, ask for a remodeled room (on the 13th floor). I would not return to this hotel; there are newer hotels nearby to spend your money with better customer service.

We lived in December 2016 food for C grade, the room is good, no wifi what the hell that you unload and so the sea is 50 meters away.
