Macy's Richmond seems to be a forgotten site. It feels like it's become a dumping place for what other stores don't want. Shopping here is not enjoyable. Racks are so disorganized: sizes & styles are mixed on the same racks. The fitting room floors littered & dusty. Checkout process is always slow.

Lines were long because there are only 2 registers at the online pickup & return counter. Having this new service is great but should have anticipated lots of customers using the service. If line is slow, close the register as would with regular registers, but to be restricted to only use that line ...

I have never been to a Macy s like this one!
Lots of clothes littered all over the place, almost no staff! Huge piles of clothes on the floor near the fitting rooms. Not like any other Macy s I ever been to.
