I hate this company. I worked there for 6 months. They are crooks. No one in Edmond will work for them, this is why all there employees are from other towns. The Sales Manager, Larry is a liar and a fool.
Management treats staff like trash. In typical Oklahoma fashion, they fire people all the time. If you make any money there, they will find a way to take it back. Don t waste your time with Petra like I did.

People working there are not really customer friendly. They make you pay to return defective items, which is such a bad way to treat customers. They gouge you with their shipping rates, too.

The dimensions on item SKU MGCF1081 is listed incorrectly on the website, making this compact refrigerator too tall for our small space. The worst part is that we are required to pay return shipping ($18.72) for something that is THEIR error. I wish the company would make this right with us.

The normal guy who I had business with in Will Call is great to work with however he was gone one day and another helped us, he was extremely rude to the point I went elsewhere and will continue to do so

I'm interested and plan to purchase an item from Petra Industries. Still have a question to ask to be sure. I enter the Live Chat which offered from the site. Before I can even ask a question, it required me to provide Name, e-mail address, company name, phone#. I wonder why it so strictly to just have a question about the product their want to sale? Please open up a little or keep your product in the warehouse.
Petra is just a online store posing as a wholesaler to get unsuspecting people to sell their products for them..99% of their products are over priced even at a retail average.. Don't waste your time listing their junk. as you will never be able to compete with other retailers... You would be better off re listing Walmart products.
