Horrible customer service.

I tried to make a return at the customer service desk and I was denied. I was informed to go to the return desk. I have never encountered this problem with returning an item at any other Macy's customer service counter.

They will not allow me to return an online order item (with receipt) because of a wrong size. They told me that the system will not allow the return due to a different product number and that I have to call customer service myself.

Customer service over the phone informed me that they should have no problem with the return upon manager approval...

I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS MACY'S IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME.
