This is directed at ALL CSAA Insurance, not a particular office. I have been a faithful customer for my home and cars for OVER 30 years. I pay in full and in advance every year. CSAA sent me a non-renewal notice for my home at Bass Lake due to what they consider high risk. House built in 1954, located less than a 1/2 mile from a fire station. never had a fire, never had a claim, property is cleared 3 times a year. They took 30 years of my premiums, no claims, and just CANCELLED out of the blue. Sent me a letter that states "we know we are letting you down". These people are CROOKS.

Treats their employees like a number. No time for work and family balance. Came from a IA Firm and first time working for a carrier directly and will never go back. Micromanagement, poor customer relations. Most of the decisions are made from a business perspective and not a consideration to how it effects customers. Not to mention as a customer they are the most expensive insurance company you can go with from what I ve seen. Very poor retention rate for employees and customers.

Un professionalisms!

Un professionalisms!

Angel was non responsive and he is so rude in his way of dealing with my telephone call asking him a question and disconnect the line.

I highly do not recommend them, I ask him about an accident report Issued by him which is totally unclear to Copart and Copart give fake information to the buyers as the car is rebuildable based on that report!

I was covered by CSAA Insurance Group with AAA Auto Insurance for 2 years. After having a minor at-fault accident, they raised my insurance premium for my 3rd year over 60%. Yes, over 60%! That seemed like an excessive penalty for one minor accident. I was able to switch to State Farm for less than my original premium with CSAA Insurance. Thought I would share!

Very disappointed how they treated the accident for their client.. I had a car accident which was hit and run and I had to go through EVERYTHING BY MYSELF. I called to the CSAA at first but they took over 2 weeks to contact to the other insurance even I had the police report with the video from my dash cam. I had to call the driver's insurance to report the situation, and found out that my insurance didn't even contact to them for over 2 weeks. I sent the proves to them directly again and came out no fault. CSAA didn't even call to them anything during that whole 5 weeks. Other insurance was PROGRESSIVE and they told me that there were no call from my insurance, CSAA. I had to go to the police to get the report to make this process more quicker and the CSAA asked for ME to check if it is no fault because they couldn't hear anything(they actually didn't even call to the progressive). I could received the full amount of cost to fix my car after I made them talk each other on the phone. I had to go to H&V collision center where the CSAA recommended to go and it was estimated as 4 bsns days to fix my bumper but took 3 more days. Surprisingly, CSAA didn't even know that it will take 3 more days;it seemed they don't communicate each other right away.
I loved AAA and have been using their service for over 4 years but they suddenly renewed my insurance to this CSAA from the previous one since Jan,2017 and I had so much trouble..
There were no rental set up, and there were no notice for me about renewing the insurance either.
I felt very annoyed how this CSAA handled their client who was a victim of the accident.. I'm sorry to say this to one of their(CSAA)operator who was very nice but I never recommend this insurance to others. Most of my co-workers or even rental center people don't know this company...

i cannot say that they are the most organized and i at the moment i can only recall the one adjuster i worked with last year, but at the end of the day i thought they handled my claim professionally and i was satisfied with the outcome. I had to submit some documentation to support my position that i should have been paid more but they handled it. My purpose in writing this review is not to debate the negative experiences of others, but to say that with companies our mileage may vary.

Be careful. They will charge you automatically weeks before your policy expires. Then, after you ve switched carriers, they have no sense of urgency to return your money back to you for the amount they should not have automatically deducted in the first place. This is a horrific company to deal with that consists of folks in call centers who could not care less about the customers. Stay away.

I've been working here for a year and I'm still not sure how to feel. They are very disorganized and the supervisors need training on how to.effectiveky lead teams and how to deliver information.

I will never use these people for insurance again in my life time. They are trying to pay me what vehicles with twice the mileage are worth on my total loss truck. After all the money you pay in they say screw you.

I wish they would allow for 0 stars. Beware. If you have the misfortune of being victimized by one of their clients, you will be doubly victimized by this company. If you have the option to do things through your own insurance, I would highly advise you to do so, if you want to be treated fairly. The CSAA adjusters are rude, condescending, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Truly.a nightmare to deal with. I cannot imagine how badly they treat their own clients.

Good place to work! Claims work is BUSY and you do have to learn to get FAST and proficient quickly. With that said claims will not be for everyone. Though busy and fast paced, I believe this is greatly counter-balanced by a good supervisory team working with each individual employee and the different challenges they may face. The company culture is elite in terms of diversity and inclusion. Everyone helps each other because the culture is that if you can help another person better learn their role, you're helping the team and organization long-term. Location is perfect for biking into work and right next to the interstate making it a little easier for a commute. The building is a little dated with the A/C going out here-and-there but they usually make up for it by letting us wear shorts that day or bringing in a cool treat.

I worked here for a little over two years. The pay is great, but you are treated like a beast of burden. Office politics rule the organization, and most adjusters are treated like the are disposable. If you are looking for an insurance career, I recommend sticking it out for year to get the experience, if you can withstand the stressful, disorganized, jungle that is AAA. Otherwise, this is a great job for people who want to get hired and leave after the paid training is over. You get a fat paycheck, and you don't have to deal with horrible stuff that comes afterwards. This is a greedy, mechanical company. If you are considering them for insurance- please think again.
