Lines were long because there are only 2 registers...

Lines were long because there are only 2 registers at the online pickup & return counter. Having this new service is great but should have anticipated lots of customers using the service. If line is slow, close the register as would with regular registers, but to be restricted to only use that line for pickup & returns make unsatisfied customers & impatient spouses. Also know that waiting in line for a long time looses shopping time.
