Man, something like that has to happen in the checkout and not afterwards reported separately by email. Third order item was on green. Was not available then. So canceled again. Article was still green. Not even that was the endeavor afterwards. My conclusion honestly: it can not be worse!

i was expecting my order to be deliver in 2 weeks. i have order since last Sept 12. almost 1 month now. and until now i cant track my order. we dont know where is my order. they give me a wrong tracking No. and they ask me to wait up to 8 weeks .

I can only recommend Bike24. Fast and safe packed delivery as well as good service. Also returns and / or complaints have always worked for me without problems. My last order was delivered in record time, with many parts shipped with DPD and DHL in a hurry.

Not really deserving of a star! Send result after 4 weeks of brake lever back and forth, I can get myself a new one and that after the delivery of 2 Monday models that broke during the first trips, eternally waited, countless mails and several mailboxes! In addition to zero goodwill, unfriendly service and poor logistics are further negative criteria to be mentioned !!

Service is different:

OK because we wanted to save the shipping route and the back and forth, we wanted to have several bike items sent to the store to try on. First searched the HP and found nothing about it -> ok so call the hotline (so much about self-service today). On the hotline, we were informed that we had to register -> select purchase on account and save the store as delivery address where you want to pick up. OK cumbersome but done. Two days later there is an email -> purchase on account not possible for new customers, I missed something -> I should pay in advance and only then will it be delivered to the shop to try? OK second try through a friend who is already registered with Bike24. Now 8 days have passed and the goods are still not in the store -> Where is the warehouse? I thought in DD? Oh yes, all items were available and should be shipped within 1 to 2 days. Well, I prefer to pay a euro more for other relevant large ones and they manage to procure the goods within 24 hours.

When I bought a 3T handle, I was sent a fake.
I bought an AEROTUNDO TEAM at this store, but I received the AERONOVA TEAM logo on the logo and the AERO TUNDO handle on the shape. If you think it's funny and look carefully,

-The logo print is cheaper than the official product.
There was a Kanji label on the inside of the bar end.

For comparison, I ordered the same product at WIGGLE and compared it, but the making was obviously different.
When I asked the person in charge about the above points, I got only the answer that "The supplier is a company called Hartje and the product is not a 3T genuine product".

The point is a store that sells OEM of Chinese carbon handle at a high price.

Always find something great in the sale, but the shipping is sometimes annoying. Last year I had a package in my hand, so the driver took it off and had to take it back because there was no information on the parcel label.

We ordered a bike from Bike24 GmbH on 9.4.20 for our 5 year old daughter and paid immediately via PayPal. It was a national shipment via DHL today on 24.4.20 after 15 days the bike is still in the same place where we ordered it in Dresden, the package was handed over to DHL on April 14th, 20 and set in Ottendorf Okrilla near Dresden where the shipment status has not changed, so we got in touch with DHL who told us that the shipper Bike24 Gmbh had to initiate a so-called research order at DHL so that DHL got ours
Prepare the package for further transport and we then had to contact the seller and so we just did that the seller because of the pandemic, the seller has reduced the hotline by phone and we could not reach him by phone only possibly via Bike24 website contact form have also been answered and replied as well please allow 3-4 working days delay and avoid additional inquiries. Our daughter asks us every day when will I get my new bike. Conclusion the payment worked without any problems and after that the seller is no longer interested in delivering the bike, but that can't be. We never order bad service from A to Z again from Bike24 gmbh
