We are very satisfied with the service of Bike 24. I have been buying here for years and again. The prices and the fast delivery are always perfect. Now I had a problem with a lock that simply has the key-bar torn off. A very expensive lock of a German "brand company" and that after not even 11 months. Instead of discussing rum, first came a return label and shortly thereafter a new lock. Thanks a lot for this. My brother also told me that Bike24 always responds well and customer friendly. Please continue.
