Everything went well. Inventories are always correct, delivery is always prompt.

The only drawback and I really do not understand:
During Corona, it was always on the homepage that there was an increased order volume and that there could be delays.
Then why is the telephone hotline not busy (with a higher order volume)?
Is illogical and not so great in terms of communication.
