OK because we wanted to save the shipping route and the back and forth, we wanted to have several bike items sent to the store to try on. First searched the HP and found nothing about it -> ok so call the hotline (so much about self-service today). On the hotline, we were informed that we had to register -> select purchase on account and save the store as delivery address where you want to pick up. OK cumbersome but done. Two days later there is an email -> purchase on account not possible for new customers, I missed something -> I should pay in advance and only then will it be delivered to the shop to try? OK second try through a friend who is already registered with Bike24. Now 8 days have passed and the goods are still not in the store -> Where is the warehouse? I thought in DD? Oh yes, all items were available and should be shipped within 1 to 2 days. Well, I prefer to pay a euro more for other relevant large ones and they manage to procure the goods within 24 hours.
