The orders are sent extremely quickly, and in some cases I even received the order after one day. in this respect, Bik24 is absolutely reliable. Unfortunately, there is currently no customer hotline, which meant that parcels were sent unnecessarily for me. Returns processing time is acceptable. In general, however, I am surprised by the fast shipping and can therefore fully recommend the shop.
