Unfortunately, I will not order here anymore. The bike for my daughter arrived very quickly, I noticed a scratch in the setup and wrote an email. That was Friday evening, on Saturdays I called and wanted to ask how the exchange can be done quickly. It was said that someone reported, Monday morning I called again, again it was said that someone reports and that it is only a children's bike that would indeed get enough scratch and if I would be a discount rich. Monday afternoon came the long-awaited mail that I can send the bike back and since I'm in a hurry (birthday of my daughter), it would be easiest to send it back and order a new one. That would be another 300 euros from my account would be gone. As a retourschein was in place and therefore a return number was available, I asked if you could not send the new bike already going on, because you can see from the retournummer, I already sent the scratched bike away. Unfortunately this was not possible .. under customer-friendliness and service I imagine something else.

"Fork maintenance, .. no!" That one reaches someone in the store directly by phone, that was once - too bad! Now there is now a kind of telephone assistant, the caller only wait forever and, if you're lucky, ... - Conclusion: I landed at one point at the main office and you could not help me directly - too bad! Fortunately, the service staff was so friendly and prompted a call back on fork maintenance. At the later time the phone rang and you could finally help me. I wanted to have my suspension fork serviced by Bike24 for minor maintenance (gasket and oil change). The employee asked me in detail all the important information about the fork and terminates 4Werktage later a deadline in the workshop Kesselsdorfer Str. I explicitly asked if the fork is sent in and what the maintenance would cost. The answer to that was, if I want to, the fork can be returned to the manufacturer, but then the maintenance takes a long time and would make no difference to the maintenance in the workshop. I thought for a moment and confirmed the maintenance by phone for the price quoted by Bike24 directly. The employee also says that the employees are trained in the workshop and I can pick up the fork already 2 days later. All in all, a very satisfying offer for service to date. What more do you want? 4Werktage later, however, I was informed by the mechanic of the workshop with astonished look that a maintenance so fast and especially up-to-date, due to the two-week residues, was not possible. Although the appointment for fork maintenance was placed in the system, at the same time the maintenance was justified as not feasible in time, especially since not even the spare parts were ordered in advance (although I have previously communicated all the important details about the fork by phone) In addition, I was told that you usually wait for the fork after the main season - such. in the winter. But even here you send the fork rather to the manufacturer or third party (probably because of the time required). Well - Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for this customer service. I justify it as follows: I feel very deceived as a longtime customer with this offer. My dissatisfaction is very great, because I am u.a. For this extra the bike had to be shut down and partly dismantled. If you had informed me at a later date telfonsich a cancellation, because it is currently not possible in time, then it would be good. But not like that!

Service is different: OK because we wanted to save the shipping route and the back and forth, we wanted to have several bike items sent to the store to try on. First searched the HP and found nothing about it -> ok so call the hotline (so much about self-service today). On the hotline, we were informed that we had to register -> select purchase on account and save the store as delivery address where you want to pick up. OK cumbersome but done. Two days later there is an email -> purchase on account not possible for new customers, I missed something -> I should pay in advance and only then will it be delivered to the shop to try? OK second try through a friend who is already registered with Bike24. Now 8 days have passed and the goods are still not in the store -> Where is the warehouse? I thought in DD? Oh yes, all items were available and should be shipped within 1 to 2 days. Well, I prefer to pay a euro more for other relevant large ones and they manage to procure the goods within 24 hours.
