I ve taken various different types of 35mm film to DigiDirect in Westfield Bondi Junction and each time I am amazed by their efficiency, quality and friendliness... I would never get my film developed anywhere else!
Super friendly staff, great stock levels, very organised store, and when they didn't have an item in store, they ordered it in and it arrived very soon after.
The prices are competitive and they are knowledgeable. However it's a pity the store manager hasn't a clue about customer service or friendliness. It doesn't take much to be pleasant and smile; and it would make the whole experience more enjoyable!
