Went in there today to purchase a lens that I needed for an upcoming job - On enquiring about it I was told the lens was "Very expensive" - Like I didnt know lenses were expensive? Then the rep refused to test the lens for me and moved on to another guy wanting to buy a $40 SD card!
I left with my $1000 - What disgusting service.
