Dropped in today to find out more about slide scanners. I had a few questions. The guy who served me showed no personal interest. My presence was clearly a distraction. The moment he had to look up the spec online it became all too much for him. Eventually he asked a colleague if he remembered what it said on the side of the last box they had seen. When I indicated disappointment in his service he looked at me shocked and said I answered
Your question didn t I? . So he has no idea what real customer service looks or feels like. Needless to say I made no purchase.
