After 7 months the other company contacted me this morning to let me know that they could not fulfill my order! Don t cut corners, go with the BEST, Brighter Image Labs! Absolutely love my veneers and my new smile. And the associates that work with you are so patient so and so courteous. I am simply amazed at how they fit and look. The whole process was pretty simple. The reason I gave five stars, is because I know what you do is almost impossible to make absolutely perfect, and you made them look very real. For mine, they definitely need two adjustments, not for appearance, but more for functionality. Because these are simple changes, and I am so impressed by the first veneers, I have decided to order a new pair, and change to the incredibil for a lighter feel and look, and hopefully be able to make these few adjustments. Been waiting 4 months and still haven't recieved my veneers. I ordered the upper and lower bil veneers and I am so excited.. or was.. I'm losing my excitement because Everytime I get to the ship date y'all change it. I will be willing to edit my score when my product finally arrives. I really hope they make it before Christmas seeing that I ordered them in August!

1. the front is all they cover. 8 to 10 teeth is it.
2. They will not refund your money when they can't give you what you need, even when they said they could do it before taking your money.
3. This company is totally dishonorable. Tells you anything to get your order, but only delivers a cookie- cutter product.
4. If you want to have to take your veneers off in order to eat around other people, then this is the product for you. LOL

When i found this product online i was cautiously optimistic. I have some dental issues and a similar product through my dentist was $4,000.00

If you have need for anything greater than a simple frontal mask over your teeth, then RUN, don't walk, away from Brighter Image Labs. Your money, not your satisfaction, is their greatest concern. You can tell from my Google Reviews history that I am not normally a person to write this kind of review, choosing instead to celebrate outstanding service.

My process drug on for nearly 6 months, and it began with an in depth phone conversation, explaining in detail what I needed, including photos that were emailed prior to placing my order.

Finally I was reassured over the phone that they could build what I needed and I placed my with the woman that I had been discussing my needs with.

The product I received was so far short of what I described that it became immediately obvious that my notes and photos were not considered during the fabrication process.

I returned them, uploaded an in depth video,..... the end result is a refusal on their part to build what I need and a refusal for a refund.

They refer to their "terms and conditions that I agreed to at the time of my purchase", obviously referring to the process of making an online order. But I never agreed to anything of the sort, and only ordered over the phone AFTER doing my due diligence in fully explaining my needs.

I'm sure they can make a pretty piece that covers your front 8-10 teeth, but I can assure you that you will be sorely disappointed with the end product if your needs are anything beyond basic.

Additionally, communications can be painstakingly slow, with emails often taking a week or longer to get a reply

Besides, do you really want to do business with a company that does not back up the words and promises of their sales people, and considers a refund too high a price to pay for customer satisfaction?

The only thing of value that I have recieved from Brighter Image Labs is that I learned my lesson on the value of dental professionals.

My advice, save your money a little longer and get a "Snsp-on-Smile" brand product. I've just been to my dentist to order my second pair.

I've always smiled with my mouth closed so it was nice being to relax and just be me. I did notice meeting new people and greeting strangers becoming more pleasant. Photos also come up nicer and I'd be lying if I didn't show off my smile on dating apps.

I was hesitant at first because I didn't anything that so easily snaps on could be as good as "real" veneers. I think I'm a little bit of a different type case because my real teeth are in great shape and other than some space and one gap in the back from a tooth removed years ago, my regular teeth look pretty good. They're white and all of my old fillings from when I was a kid, I had removed and replaced with teeth-colored fillings.
I did want to know what it was like to have the "perfect smile" so I looked into veneers and it wasn't only the price of veneers but I had no idea that they FILE DOWN any of your real teeth and that's it... you can never get them back.
I then looked into Lumineers which are reversible - and now we're talking about (at least) $1200 PER TOOTH. Now that doesn t include any dental work that you have to have BEFORE you get Lumineers/Veneers such as implants, root canals, crowns, etc.
By the way, real veneers are NOT permanent either. They are said to last 10 to 20 years, but after that 20 year mark, you re probably going to run into issues and when it falls off, all that s left is the nub that was filed down.
And then I found out that the entire process from start to finish would be several months and that s with a guy that doesn t even have bad teeth!!!!
I m an actor and even though I wanted to try out that perfect smile , I wanted to be able to take something off and still have my real teeth - especially if a role called for it.
I tried out Brighter Image and they exceeded my hopes and expectations!
The quality, the comfort and how they look is just AWESOME!
As I said, my natural teeth have always had a space between (a very cute space!) my front teeth so another concern was my ability to talk and not sound too different with these on.
Honestly? It takes about two to three days for you to feel that these are just a part of your real teeth.
I highly highly recommend these, especially for anyone considering veneers/lumineers.

I was very hesitant at first however, with my desperation to fix my smile I told myself it was worth the risk. I did a lot of research on different companies and this by far showed to be the better fit. InstaSmile almost got my business until I started watching all the reviews for Brighter Image on YouTube. From that point on, I was sold! I received the kit to make my molding, very easy instructions and sent it back. I then received my veneers and within 30 seconds of looking in the mirror, I started crying. I could not believe how accurate and great they looked. I see a lot of people complaining about the fit however, if you are not following the directions, etc. that will happen. Even if it does, they allow you to send the veneers back as many times as you need until they fit perfectly! I purchased my veneers 4 years ago. That beats the price of porcelain veneers as I am still wearing them. I wear them all day, eat and drink with them in. Brighter Image saved not only my smile, but my confidence as well.

UK customer, had several sets of top arches done, and always a great product. Some things on the site does confuse but do not worry about it, it is genuine and the product really is a life changer. I am writing this review on behalf of my uncle, Richard Miller. He is currently in the hospital recovering from a quadruple bypass. Hello my name is Tammy Mooney Riley. In early 1998 I got fed up with looking at my missing teeth. I lost my teeth due to Acid Reflects Severe. I lost at least 4-5 of my front teeth. When I was around anyone I was embarrassed to speak. I had to learn how to talk with my hand over my mouth or try to keep my lip down.
I saw a commercial from Brighter Image Lab with thier Vaneers. I looked into the teeth that screw in, WAY TO EXPENSIVE! Anyway I call Brighter Image Labs. OMG they were so nice and very helpful. They gave me the easy directions, so I ordered the kit. I was so excited. I did what they needed and sent it back. It ways a guick turn around. My teeth fit perfect, didn't have to send back. I had to learn how to smile all over. It's harder than you think. I was so satisfied with what I recieved in my new teeth. I told a bunch of people about them. Even my dentist asked about them, He called them party teeth. I don't care what people call them there worth every penny. Please pass on to others.

Everybody thinks I had veneers done and never once think that they are dentures. They are not bulky and do not affect my speech in anyway. Also I am able to eat if i do so carefully or I just eat softer foods. I will recommend these to everyone I know and I am not afraid to tell them what they actually are.

I now smile with confidence, When people say it s change their lives they are not kidding! I have literally put my BIL veneers through the toughest times and they still look perfect, I would never go anywhere without wearing them, I love them!

Veneers work great for the first few months. However, sadly less than a year from purchase, they snapped in half. It's clear they are not designed to last a long time. They were not even being used every day, and had been looked after.

Contacted BIL for assistance and they told me to purchase new ones. Absolutely no regard to customers at all.

Had a football injury and had one of my front teeth chipped and another knocked out. Wen't to the dentist and was floored with the prices they were charging. So I decided to do a little research and stumbled upon brighter image and snap on smile.

After doing my homework and putting in hours of research my only regret it that I didn't find out about this earlier.

I started my process somewhere around May 14th and had 2 resubmit my impressions. But today I received what I was waiting for and after readind so many good and bad reviews I was a little worried that this was a scam and honestly figured I'd simply be out of a thousand dollars.

But to my surprise I am 100% pleased and would reccommend this process to everyone who can't afford the ungodly prices the dentist charge.

I m sure they are all great..My bottom piece cracked in half which is very unlikely . (You will know what I mean once you get them) but my rep Chris was on it fast. He got my bottom fixed for almost nothing. Then convinced me to order another pair in the bright white . The kit they send you is so simple to do. They give you a pre paid envelope so you can get them back
ASAP. Definitely loves they are just as concerned about my mouth as me . It was a great feeling. No BS. This company is legit.

This company is ridiculous the vaneers they send are made out of the lowest quality plastic! They feel and look absolutely hideous very bulky and mine arrived dirty to boot! When I tried to get even a partial refund I was told to kick rocks literally that s what the agent said to me! Horrible customer service horrible product you will regret !

Brighter Image Labs is a complete rip off. I paid $1795.00 to a company for veneers in which they could not ship because their impression kits do not work. They can not provide the service or veneer products. The customer service was rude and hung up on me. At this time they are trying to not refund my money even though service and products could not be shipped. Buyer Beware this company is a SCAM

If you want Mr Potato Head teeth then this is the place for you. It will take over 6 months and much frustration of sending veneers for adjustments to realize you wasted your money and the product is unusable.
