In 2013 I wanted to get two implants an veneers I went to the dentist and he told me a price of 3000 each for an implant and 600 each for veneers which amounted to $10,800 . I realize I could not afford it so I decide to go and put in dentures for my two missing teeth .I went online and I was surprised to see the bright lab image and a lot of the reviews of satisfied customers . I called the company and I relate my situation, that I have two missing teeth. And they told me that they could make veneers over my missing teeth and put veneers over my original teeth and it would look Beautiful an like original . So I decide to do it 20 days after I receive it boy I ll tell you it was beautiful. I enjoyed it for all the years it s now 2019. I saw there is a new version they said it s much more thinner and closer fit . So I decide to order it I am now waiting for it

As a media professional I needed to upgrade my smile and broken teeth from an accident. I was skeptical at first, but after ordering the BIL press on veneers I was astounded how natural they looked. Now it s been over two years wearing these veneers and My teeth look as good as any Hollywood smile. Not only do I eat with them daily ( I do add a little adhesive to them) I constantly get compliments on my smile and teeth. BIL veneers were affordable and quite frankly I would have never had the confidence to pursue my career again without them. Brighter Image Lab was a life saver I have CRPS which over a two year period caused me to loose most of my teeth which affected my self-esteem so much that I didn t even want to go to a dentist or out in public ... Very pleased!! back in 2011 i was diagnosed with acid reflux and it got really bad to the point my enamel started to go away, and at that point i lost all my confidence and had to hide my mouth every time i spoke to someone in public. Despite the bad reviews i gave this company a try and do not regret it ! The bad reviews are simply misunderstandings because people get mad when there teeth may not fit the first time , not realizing that it is there job to make sure the impressions come out as accurate as possible. Brighter Image Lab will work with you if you have any complications, all you need is patience and you will be very pleased, my first set did not fit properly and without hesitation they sent me new impression kits and i re-did them and sent them back now my top arch is perfect! I can now go out in public and smile without hiding my mouth and my confidence has went right back up!! I can not thank this company enough! I recommend this company and i want to remind future customers that its a team effort, its your job to get the best impressions of your mouth/teeth as possible and its there job to make the best veneers for you based on how the impressions are molded :)

The one thing I have wanted to change for over 10 years was my smile but of course veneers are just way too costly, not to mention invasive. I did ensure to go to my dentist to get a cleaning and any other maintenance needed, and then after I found Brighter Image Lab and the affordability, I jumped at the chance. It took me a few tries to get my impressions right, but patiently they kept sending me, free of charge new kits to get it done. I am so in love with my smile and can t wait to get the bottom veneers.
Why Brighter Image Lab? I don't usually leave reviews so let me first state how I got here. I have researched the heck out of these veneers from 3 different companies and I have finally settled on Brighter Image Lab and here is why.
Before I buy anything I try and research every angle I can, to be sure I am not getting ripped off. I do not put a lot of trust in reviews that any company puts out as they typically cherry pick the ones that make them look good. I also do not put any weight in popular social media stars or celebrity reviews as they are usually doing it for pay, freebies or huge discounts as they have large followings and basically can be for a lack of a better word Paid Endorsers. I automatically discount most reviews as mentioned above. I also do not pay attention to the negative reviews such as "I wanted a refund and they are stealing my money". The reason why is these people either can't read or do not listen as it is very clear on the website and when talking to customer service there are no refunds (this is a custom service), so their opinions are biased as well. With all that said I have sorted through so many normal reviews from average people, with little to no followers or just the average Joe. I would do what I can to verify they are real people by searching social media profiles and video channels etc. I also try and research materials, technology and the process used.
Now that I narrowed down to the only choice for a quality product, I still want to be sure and start questioning the customer support staff, which I did. I grilled them both in chat and on the phone until I was exhausted asking questions. Let me say the customer support at Brighter Image Lab was excellent and patient with me and answered every question, sometimes not to my liking but very honest and up front and that I respect. I have read and watched just about every video or page there was, trying to get as much info as I could and feel that at this point there was only one solid choice out of the 3 well known companies. After 3 weeks and so many hours of research, I understand why and what the differences are between the companies which is why I finally decided on Brighter Image Lab. Now I would say "trust me, I have done more research than you will really care to do", so take my word for it. But I know I wouldn't, so please do your own research. Keep in mind, if you see negative reviews, please research why and if they are legit or just mad because they did not read what was clearly printed or stated. Also with celebrity endorsements, take them with a grain of salt, but I do that with any product. And let me say once again, I do not think I have had a better experience with any customer support staff as I have had with Brighter Image Lab.

For the past 3 hours I've been searching affordable teeth whitening systems but Brighter Image is the one that catches my eye the most. I am in awe! I feel like the Brighter Image designers must have had a mold of my (newly braces off) teeth when I was 16. The size, shape, color and the way they look in relation to my 58 yr old face is simply AMAZING!
I received my veneers a little less than six months ago. And, up until a few days ago, I was always excited to wear my upper veneers. (There were some fit issues with the lower. In fact, Brighter Image continues to graciously work to make them fit.) My pride in my veneers soon turned to horror and sadness when due to my carelessness, I discovered my little dog also enjoying them.
At 8:00 on a Sunday night I called the Lab crying and really trying to wake up from the nightmare. Christmas is approaching and I Will Not attend a party as a toothless. This is the reality of how our smile impacts us. Bridget was kind, understanding and reassuring that she would work on turnaround and price.
My smile is so important! I work in a highly visible professional capacity. For a variety of health and heredity reasons (tooth decay not being the reason), my smile went downhill over the last two years.
To be clear, I went with Brighter Image not because I couldn't afford the alternative, but because I didn't WANT to afford the alternative. I'm in the "travel and spend time with the grandkids years." I couldn't see getting a $5000 implant on my front tooth and asking them to make it yellow like the rest of my naturally yellow, grey and transparent teeth!
At the same time, and like many people my age, health issues seem to regularly pull on my purse strings. What if I spent $30,000 for ta andsmile make-over and then really needed that money for an operation or something? Over 50, we worry about these kinds of things. I want to spend my hard earned retirement money on good times with family and friends. I want to continue to flash a smile that conveys happiness, love and warmth.
Maintaining a credible and professional persona is important. I simply can't allow the successes of my life to be negated because I lost a brittle front tooth! K
So, I did my research. I went to Brighter Image fully aware aware of the pros and cons of not getting an implant--bone loss being the big one. I read all the reviews. IAsk questions.Were there hiccups? Yes--mainly accounting and growing pains they continue to improve. But as in any relationship, patience, understanding and the willingness to negotiate is imperative.
I am a returning client. They put out a good product. My suggestion is that anyone considering Brighter Image do their homework. For example, their warranty is limited. So, l just ordered a back-up upper--just in case my dog gets hungry again. Unless you want to pay a lot extra to expedite, a spare is cheaper and faster in the long run.
Also, the first time I ordered, I opted to pay through checking to get a $50 discount. For some reason, it took two weeks to process. That's not normal. TWO WEEKS hiding in the house with a missing tooth. TWO WEEKS before I even received the impressions! I would have gladly paid the fifty dollars to be able to go to work and be in public. They should have told me this up front.
As with ALL companies they have good customer service people and bad ones. Don't watch the YouTube videos and expect to get a caring voice every time you call. Be realistc. Some companies want to earn your business and trust them with your needs. As a RETURNING customer, I was informed that it is Brighter Image who would decide if I could be a friend of Bill. What? Felt like my business is worth nothing! Take a breath and look for the person who actually understands customer service. I went to one of their stellar customer service people and she (Ms Hall) offered me a deal that made me feel as if I am a valued customer. This is all anyone can ask.
I have been a customer for years now I have to admit I was nervous at first but I after I got them (I ordered the top and bottoms) I loved them! They looked amazing and fit perfect! They were well worth the money and they lasted for years. I love my Veneers I'm about to order a new set now. I always had a great smile but after I got sick the medication I had to take destroyed my teeth and a Dentist price to fix them is almost 20,000!! No one can tell the difference between my teeth before and my veneers now.
