What a horrible experience, after a year one by one my top teeth started to fail. I ended up needing 5 root canals and the veneers were coming off. Absolutely amazing!! I love my new smile by Brighter Image Lab! The customer representatives are extremely nice and answer questions in great detail, not to mention the online chat support was just as helpful! Two front teeth broke/chipped due to a car accident 42 years ago. Due to the age of the caps, a dentist recommended they be replaced. Replaced they were. Three years later, one front tooth with cap broke off and the other was loose. Do not know the technique of this dentist but it was poor. Broken off at the gum line I decided from research I did not want the roots pulled out which destroys the integrity of the mouth in the front. Dentists did not agree. I figured I could always have them removed but not replaced once removed. I had two or three different flippers which were fine but kept my eye out for something better. That is when I found brighter image. The gal I talked to happened to have had her front teeth missing and had loved the Veneers.
I love the look, the streamline thin but tough quality. One set will last me 12 to 18 months depending on my carelessness in eating. Do I really need to eat chips? Not so much.
You will not be sorry for trying these Veneers out for covering a chipped or stained tooth/teeth, crooked teeth or replacing a lost tooth. Takes two days to adjust to the feel and look but well worth it! Doing your own impressions is a cinch!

Ok, 3rd review. Still soooooooooo pleased and happy with these vaneers. I have a lot of confidence back in myself. Can't stop taking selfies because I love having beautiful teeth. This is a great alternative to expensive dental work that can hold you over until you are ready. Again, the staff is fantastic.

My teeth weren t as bad as some I had seen, but years of neglect really brought their beauty down and they ended up yellow and stained and just not something I was proud of. I'm very amazed how Brighter Images Lab can do such wonderful job on my case. I followed the process based on the videos, Originally I considered it's only limited data to provide, surprisingly when I received the product ( both top and bottom arches ) , I can put it on so comfortably with my first try. The workmanship is awesome, I can tell the detailing work was done very carefully and properly. I especially feel very thankful to the designer, who must have put a lot of consideration on shaping my teeth so they won't look too bulky, also suitable for the shape of my face. With so many missing teeth, yet, the Brighter Image Lab can still produce such solution for me to bring my natural smiles back. I've been also getting all the help from service reps. including Laurie, Monica, Bridget and Chris, they were all very knowledgeable and patiently answering my questions, mostly they are willing to support my needs. In stead of being just a customer, I feel like I have good partners to help me to get the best quality to my veneer needs. Timely service and beautiful veneers. My veneers arrived and the bottom ones looked exactly like my teeth but in perfect condition. The top ones needed to be adjusted and I sent them back and they worked on them in less than a week. I cant wait to try them on. Customer service was top notch. I had no issues getting my veneers adjusted but I was surprised at how well the bottom ones fit. When I wear them it makes the top ones look better even though I dont have the top veneers yet. I recommend them.
BRIGHTER IMAGE LAB IS AWESOME ! I've always had mouth issues all my life, I go beyond to try to keep my mouth healthy, go to dentist 2 times a year ..I've had root canals, porcelain caps etc.. I've had to get some removed, I have 3 gaps on my top row, the dentist suggested I have them filled with implants, well Brighter Image Lab saved us lots of money, even with good dental insurance it was gonna be alot.. I like to smile, and my fb profile I have to get it just right so I can hide the gaps, even family/friends pictures I have to either take more just to hide the gaps Even though my family/friends know I have these gaps it was still a pain to get the right angle....Well NOW I don't have to Brighter Image Lab helped me and saved us money..I love my new smile..So thank you Brighter Image Lab and BILL for giving me my beautiful smile back and with confidence..All that have gotten a new smile from Brighter Image Lab all of our stories are different but our out come is the same our BEAUTIFUL SMILES AGAIN and saving money.. I purchased my veneers approximately a year ago or so! All of my life I ve had to deal with my teeth. The truth is, I hate them, and I am too poor to fix them the way I want to. So, I was cruising for quick fixes, and up comes brighter image lab. I was just about to purchase some other kind. I can t remember, but I chose this company, because what I saw was what I wanted. I have no complaints. I had to do my impressions twice, but that s because I have big teeth! Lol. Finally, the RIGHT solution for missing teeth that brings back a Confident SMILE! Bad dental work from years ago resulted in the loss of several noticeable teeth. Getting a full arch implant was going to cost at least $20K which is just not a feasible option. Individual implants weren t a wise choice either. A dentist tried to make a "flipper" to fill some of the missing teeth holes but that was like wearing a retainer...lisping speech and pinched gums. After lots of research, we decided to try Brighter Image Lab veneers. We were amazed when they arrived. The fit is perfect and you really can't tell that these are veneers. The before and after photos sum up the whole story. My husband has full confidence to meet and greet the world with his new teeth!
Hi, I got my veneers last year and I have been so happy and thankful every since. The company was very patient, they made sure I got the right veneers that fit. I still can't believe how much these veneers has improved my smile. I love the veneers.
The service was excellent and the process was very simple to follow. My issue is that the veneers broke within 6 month and i was out almost a thousand buck.. But brighter Image is stepping up my offering me a discount which is great but it would been if they cover more of the cost.. I hope the second time around will me much better.
OMG. I love this company. Two years ago I ordered from this company. I had researched ALOT. None of the other companies would do my veneers because I'm missing alot of teeth. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Got my veneers just in time for my wedding. I had people commenting on my teeth immediately. My family thought I had spent a small fortune. My teeth were awesome. The company doesnt advise it... but I ate in mine. Noone could tell I was not born with these pearly whites. Two years later my teeth were broken (my daughter stepped on them) I've been trying to figure out what to do because I don't have money to replace them. I contacted them, in less then 24 hours I got an email telling me they would discount a new set. I dont know any company that will discount a new set when the costumer was negligent! This company stands behind their work! You can't beat the price either. After I told my mom they were selling me another pair at a deep discount, she decided to get a pair as well. I cant wait to receive my new set!

I ordered upper and lower veneers in October of 2017. After receiving the veneers, I discovered that the bottom veneer fit fine but the top veneer was a very poor fit. It did not clip in at any area of the veneer and would fall out if i didn't physically hold it in. I called and spoke to a nice lady who informed me that an impression kit was on the way so that the top veneers could be redone. She asked for pictures of the top veneer, in my mouth, which i sent. When the impression kit arrived, i called in to get help with making the impressions. A nice young lady walked me through the process and instructed me to return the veneer and the impressions in the prepaid envelope, which I did that same day. By the way, these items were sent to them in December. Since then, I have been inquiring from time to time, trying to ascertain when i would finally get to have the product I've been waiting for since October. Suddenly, three days ago, I found out that while my new upper veneer has been completed, they don't show receiving the first veneer and won't send the new veneer until they get the first one. I can't send what I don't have. I've chatted with numerous people, exchanged emails and it boils down to the fact that they believe I am a liar. I am 100% certain that the original veneer was placed in the bag because I remember not wanting to send them in the nice container they provide upon purchase and I wrapped the veneer in tissue and placed it in the bag. I am so upset with the level of service and lack of concern or compassion that I am perfectly willing to take the hit to my credit rating by making sure their financing company doesnt get another dime of my money(over $3000 for both veneers). I debated whether to go with Brighter Image over some of their competitors, when I made my decision. I chose them because I believed that the service and the product would be superior. Sadly, I was wrong.

I would like to begin my review by stating that I am neither a paid reviewer nor an employee of Brighter Image Lab. It is unfortunate to read that some people have had an unpleasant experience with this company, as that has in no way been my experience. Brighter Image Lab is definitely not a scam, and all of the customer service I have experienced has been top-notch.
I purchased the IncrediBIL veneers for top and bottom arches. First, I want to say that this finished product is exceptional in quality and appearance! The product you receive is exactly what you see in the videos/ before and after photos, and looks like porcelain veneers.
Second, I want to give an honest review and address some of the questions that I had as well as some of the questions I see posted online. My top veneers fit well and feel great when wearing them. However, a couple of the back teeth had a slight gap between the veneer and my gum so I sent them back for adjustment. Honestly, it was such a slight imperfection that I seriously considered not asking for an adjustment because it would not be noticeable to most people. But, I am so impressed with the product that I want to order a second set, so I decided I should make sure they are 100% perfect before ordering the second set. After wearing them for 5 full days, it breaks my heart to part with them long enough for the adjustments to be made!
Some people have asked what the backs of the veneers look like. I think that someone posted a pic to the google reviews of the back. The backs of the veneer wrap all the way around some teeth, don t wrap around other teeth at all, and have variations in between. I imagine this will be determined by your custom veneers as designed to best suit your smile. Also, as I expected, the backs/ insides of the veneers are not polished and shiny as the visible portions of the veneers are, but since this part is not visible, I am not sure why anyone be dissatisfied due to the lack of polish there.
Finally, I wanted to share my initial reaction to my veneers. Of course, they were beautiful when I opened the box. They snapped right on. I think I heard angels singing from heaven! Then I noticed how thick and foreign the veneers felt in my mouth, and when I looked in the mirror, they looked odd and fake to me. Don t get discouraged! Give them time to adjust. Of course they will look fake until your brain can adjust to seeing yourself with a different smile than it has seen for years! And of course they will feel thick- you are sliding material over your exiting teeth! Trust me, after a few hours or days, your brain will see how beautiful they are and it will begin to feel strange to not wear them. My family loved them immediately and for some reason did not require the same adjustment period my own brain did.
I am so grateful for Brighter Image Lab and their amazing products. I wish I had ordered the veneers years ago!
I am very grateful for this company! I was in a horrible toxic, and domestically abusive relationship with the father of my two youngest daughters, who now ages are 1 and a half and 2 and 4 months. I literally had my tooth knocked out by him while I was feeding our daughter a bottle. I m not here to condemn him , I am just hoping to convey a message ... that even when you feel stuck with someone... or in anything.. you know NO ONE WILL HELP YOU or can help. .. there IS A WAY OUT. I NOW have my confidence back and I don t have to fake smile or cover my mouth with my hand. I feel liberated and free. More so I feel I ve been given a second chance. Thank you Bill and your whole team !! God bless each and every one of you. On a side note I ve had my veneers over 8 months and I e not once had a mishap or having anything chip or break .. this product is LEGIT. However my 2 yr old and I were eating ice cream and I still don t know if I accidentally swallowed them.. threw them away.. or maybe they went down the kitchen disposal. Now I m faced with having to explain to people I ve know been so close too over these past months as to what happened to my ACTUAL TEETH and I m having to relive the horrible violence over and over. On the plus side NO ONE EVER SUSPECTED THEY WERE FAKE. Seriously the most life changing product I ever have bought. P.S BUY THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY LOL ITS WORTH IT!!!

I pride myself in being someone who puts morals first over reward. Im known by my friends and family for going out of my way to only give my business to the right companies/people.
My journey started just like many others who salut after finding a solution to achieving a smile that made them a better version of themselves. After doing my research on a couple companies I finally came across this company called Brighter Image Lab. In all reality I was sorta skeptical due to the fact everything they promised, and said just seemed too good to be true. After weeks, and months even of going back and forth on committing to these guys, I finally saved up the 100 dollar down deposit or whatever I needed at the time, and got to it. A couple months later I received my veneers! they were perfect. Instantly felt an immense boast of self confidence.
So a couple months go by, and my car was broken into. Everything was stolen along with my veneers that I loved so dearly. Brighter Image stuck by my side through the entire ordeal, and I got a spare set sent out to me THE NEXT WEEK.

I tried with them because they said you could eat with them on but I had a bad feeling about them after watching the owner's videos on you tube, degrading other companies. I went against my gut and went with Brighter Image anyway and I was disappointed with what I got. Such is life.... So, a few months later I decided to try again, but I chose TruSmile Veneers instead because they are more affordable. I really cannot eat much with them but TruSmile Veneers are the best, in my honest opinion. BUT what really made me love TruSmile Veneers was their customer service!

I was absolutely amazed at how well they fitted 'first time'. And completely shocked considering my natural teeth and what you had to work with to come up with these veeners has blown away any expectation i had of them before ordering.
OK so I have to say brighter image labs has the best customer service I have ever come across even better than myself. The first round of veneers didn t quite fit right so I sent them back did a new impression and I have to say I just got my new set today and they are absolutely amazing the fit is great the look is great everything is natural I have no lisp while talking. They are absolutely beautiful and absolutely worth the money because for someone like me I can t afford Real dental veneers so this was a A beautiful affordable option for me. Brighter Image Lab is a game changer! This company is so easy to work with. I ordered my veneer and received it in a timely manner. My veneer didn't fit properly at first they were a little too big. I contacted the company about the issue and they sent me return postage so I could return the veneer to be fixed immediately and they fixed my veneer. My experience with this company has been great so far.
Took my money and produced worthless veneers that did not fit my mouth. I returned the veneers to Brighter Image Labs twice because they did not fit after 2 sets were created. I now have no veneers and lost $1900 in the process. This company also refused to refund my money because they could not create veneers to fit my teeth. Stay away from this company and pay the extra money and see a dentist. Brighter Image Labs impressioning system cannot cater for people with tall front teeth.

I purchased my Bil Veneers two years ago and they are holding up great in spite of daily use. I was a bit hesitant about taking my own impressions and was unsuccessful at my first attempt. From the minute you call for information everyone is so amazing not matter who answers they provide accurate information on the process from start to finish. I had to submit an adjustment and it was done extremely fast so simple and I was notified via email every step of the way throughout the entire process. I still need just a minor fix but finally am happy with my smile after a very long time, In fact I am placing an order for an upper veneer for my husband. Also all the materials and packaging have great easy and precise instructions and not to mention how cute the packaging is even for the impression kit which I got within like 2 days after payment sooooo super fast! Great service, my vaneers fit and look great, I am able to eat just about anything with them. They were a little tight when I first got them but after a week or so I couldn't even tell I was wearing them.
