1. the front is all they cover. 8 to 10 teeth is it.
2. They will not refund your money when they can't give you what you need, even when they said they could do it before taking your money.
3. This company is totally dishonorable. Tells you anything to get your order, but only delivers a cookie- cutter product.
4. If you want to have to take your veneers off in order to eat around other people, then this is the product for you. LOL

When i found this product online i was cautiously optimistic. I have some dental issues and a similar product through my dentist was $4,000.00

If you have need for anything greater than a simple frontal mask over your teeth, then RUN, don't walk, away from Brighter Image Labs. Your money, not your satisfaction, is their greatest concern. You can tell from my Google Reviews history that I am not normally a person to write this kind of review, choosing instead to celebrate outstanding service.

My process drug on for nearly 6 months, and it began with an in depth phone conversation, explaining in detail what I needed, including photos that were emailed prior to placing my order.

Finally I was reassured over the phone that they could build what I needed and I placed my with the woman that I had been discussing my needs with.

The product I received was so far short of what I described that it became immediately obvious that my notes and photos were not considered during the fabrication process.

I returned them, uploaded an in depth video,..... the end result is a refusal on their part to build what I need and a refusal for a refund.

They refer to their "terms and conditions that I agreed to at the time of my purchase", obviously referring to the process of making an online order. But I never agreed to anything of the sort, and only ordered over the phone AFTER doing my due diligence in fully explaining my needs.

I'm sure they can make a pretty piece that covers your front 8-10 teeth, but I can assure you that you will be sorely disappointed with the end product if your needs are anything beyond basic.

Additionally, communications can be painstakingly slow, with emails often taking a week or longer to get a reply

Besides, do you really want to do business with a company that does not back up the words and promises of their sales people, and considers a refund too high a price to pay for customer satisfaction?

The only thing of value that I have recieved from Brighter Image Labs is that I learned my lesson on the value of dental professionals.

My advice, save your money a little longer and get a "Snsp-on-Smile" brand product. I've just been to my dentist to order my second pair.
