My wife is so unhappy with the result it does not fit on her teeth and she's been working with them over 3 months but no good result she's wasted $1,000 for something she cannot wear don't waste your time and money they don't do refunds

I called on the phone to BIL and spoke to a friendly and knowledgeable lady. We talked for a long while and she answered all my questions with no problem. I paid for half of my order then, and the impressions came 3 days later in the mail. I received many emails telling me of the process while waiting for my veneers. They came 3 1/2 weeks later in the mail. When I 1st put them on they seemed a bit stiff but looked very good and natural. The directions suggested to put them in hot water before putting them in your mouth and that worked and they feel a lot better now. Everyday I wear them I get many compliments on my teeth from people I do know and people I just met.

My veneer feel and looks great on me. I wish i had heard of Brighter Image Lab sooner. The customer service is awesome. They will walk you through the process if you have any issues or concerns with making your impressions. Overall I am happy and smiling big...

Where do I start? This place is great.

First off, they pay attention to detail so well. They have a very educated phone call with you to gather your needs, once they have that they do such a good job with the shape, size, blending of the colors from WHITE to natural. Real cool guys. If you are worried about anything. Please take my word and trust these. You can t waste your money here because customer comes first. Get back out on town and show off your smile. Definite confidence boosters.

After speaking with the representative from BLI, I ordered the kit. Everything was just like she said it would be. The impression process was simple and quick. I returned the impression and was informed that the process was in the works. The veneers were completed and shipped in a very timely manner. They arrived right when I was told they would. They fit very well and completely transformed the way I looked and felt. Great confidence booster as well as an image booster. Well worth the money.

My husband saw this website for removable, cosmetic veneers and gave me the link. It seemed to be legit, until I started asking questions. The answers were not satisfactory. They do not accept Care Credit, and they require that if you have any dental work that needs to be done, you must do that before the veneer process. If you have a Care Credit account, you know they cover veterinary bills, dental bills, and vision services. I realize that this is a cosmetic procedure, but you'd think they would be signed up to accept Care Credit, if they were as good as they claim they are.

I explained to them that I was on a fixed income and that I needed these veneers to interview as I'm trying to get off of SSDI and find work full-time. They said that they would make it easier for me to pay, but they wouldn't even start the work on my veneers until they were paid in full. While I understand the reasons behind this, I can get jewelry on "Flex Pay" on the first installment, interest free, so why can't this company get its act together and handle it the same way?

Red flags and warning signs went up after texting with two different customer service representatives online and getting strange, evasive answers to my questions. I decided to do an internet search on reviews of Brighter Image to see if they were legit. From the reviews I read, not one person was pleased with their results. I'm glad I never gave this company any money and did my research first before agreeing to a procedure.

If it sounds too good to be true, buyer beware. There are no cheap, quick fixes to bad teeth. This company has a good idea, but they can't back up what they claim to be able to do.

I've been more than pleased with my new Brighter Image veneers. I've been using them now for almost a year and they have been more than I thought they would be. The product and the staff are superb. I think Bil and his staff do a great job.

Without a doubt, the Veneers from BIL has been the best decision I've made. I was skeptical at first, the thought of spending that much money & not knowing if the product was legit worried me. But let me tell you, this product is Amazing!! I've been embarrassed of my teeth for years, they're thin, small and n0t to forget i have a huge gap bottom center. And my veneers has changed everything for me! They look 100% natural, i also wear them on a daily basis and no know can even tell. This product is something I was looking for for a long, long time. While not exactly inexpensive, the cost is well worth it and much much cheaper than the cosmetic dentistry it would've taken to achieve the same results. The support was perfect, extremely nice and helpful staff. I'm ordering from them again (ONLY because I lost them) - the veneers I had were just over 2 years old and in perfect condition (following care instructions). For anyone who's self-conscious about their smile - you need to give this a try. They take some getting used to, but not long at all, and I PROMISE you what you get back in confidence cannot be measured !!

Brighter image lab changed my life . This product is amazing and so easy . They send you a mould you take the impressions and send them back.. within a few weeks I had my brand new smile . I have a missing tooth and didn't have great teeth , I am now known as guy with great teeth .. I wouldn't leave the house without my new amazing teeth . I am no longer afraid to smile in photos . Seriously if you don't like your smile do yourself a favour and get this amazing product you won't look back and also saves you thousands on real veneers and you don't need to damage your teeth to have them . Sorry Brighter image but your product is not good..They break & too big does not look natural and watch out what you eat..If you eat curry your teeth will be red or green or yellow.whatever you eat that's what the vaneers will be.They look nice from a distance.Thats it... Sorry Nice people terrible product..I purchased them several years ago..I don't know if they are any better now..????

I have been using veneers from Brighter Image Labs since 2013. I have always had dental problems, primarily from a congenital lack of adult molars in my bottom jaw. I actually relied on my baby molars for years and then had two crowns on the bottom jaw that eventually failed. My teeth were also worn from years of grinding my teeth in my sleep -- I now use a mouth guard every night. I considered getting implants on the bottom jaw; however, they are very expensive and, as a cancer survivor who had radiation of the head/neck, it turned out that I could not get implants anyway. Despite what dentists may tell you, it is possible to do a good dental impression at home. Brighter Image Labs gives you several sets of molds so that they can choose the best one at the lab. I got both top and bottom arches and bought the optional insurance coverage, which I did use once when I broke one of the veneers. I highly recommend the insurance, which provides two years of coverage beyond the 90 days that is included. With the insurance, I have had two full sets of veneers; however, I'm now on the verge of ordering a new set as my original veneers are wearing out. I use my veneers almost every day and leave them in from morning until night, using them to eat. It used to take me 3x longer than anyone else at the table to eat due to my lack of bottom molars. The veneers really changed my life in multiple ways, I can say without hesitation. I'm more confident in social settings and can eat at near-normal speed (still slower than others, but faster than I used to). They are costly; however, not nearly as much as most dental procedures to correct missing or worn out teeth. You have to take good care of the veneers and your teeth to get the most out of them. I brush and floss 2x/day. I use Fixodent Free to securely anchor my veneers every morning, allowing me to eat just about anything within reason (you need to avoid very hard and very sticky foods). I have to say that Brighter Image Labs have given me the most amazing service from start of ordering my veneers through to end result! I received my upper arch clip on veneer yesterday - I was a little apprehensive in opening the package and wondering what they would look like! I was blown away with how they looked - they fitted absolutely perfect, I was lucky that no adjustments were needed and couldn't believe how great they made my face look!! So much so that I am now ordering the lower arch to make my smile complete. If anyone is hesitating in ordering, please dont! Go ahead you will not be disappointed. There is another company out there that do similar, but I did my research and watched review videos and Brighter Image came out on top and did not find one negative review, so that made my decision for me! This is about tooth polisher.
When you first look at it, it look like it s nice professional polisher, but it s very poor design and quality. The head breaks after first use. This is my third polisher they sent me and same problem. Don t waste your money on this, I wouldn t mind to pay even more but have quality that would last long time.
It s way overpriced just for one time use.

I'm a country singer and own multiple businesses, and recently had two front crowns break off hitting my microphone during a show. Embarrassing to say the least. I went to the dentist and I spent 4,000.00 for two new front teeth...or crowns. A year later, the same thing happened again. I went back to the dentist and he said he could put a bridge in for another 4,000.00. I started looking for other solutions. I found Bright Image and I'm sure glad I did. Yes, I bought their best of the best line and they are awesome. I've had more complements on my smile no doubt. Brighter Image Labs Director, Bil Watson is a compassionate, and caring man, he is obsessed with customer satisfaction, and genuinely enjoys positively changing people's lives. He and his staff go out of their way to ensure that the customer is happy. I am ecstatic with my new smile! Gradually over the last 10 years or SO, my teeth have gotten uglier and uglier to the point that I developed a habit of smiling closed mouthed in social situations. Although I did not pay extra for the express service, I got an email from Brighter Image Labs just 10 days after I sent off my impressions and since I live close to the company they asked me if I would come in person to pick my new Bilveneer smile. I was presented with my new veneers by Bil himself. When I put them on for the first time, he handed me a mirror. Was excited to try your product when I saw that it was at a more affordable discounted price, to be sent the installment loan forms with a price that was almost double. Your website is deceiving and not clear that you can't receive this price if you use the payment plan. Please update your website bc this is false advertising.

I wanted my teeth before my birthday party and Brighter image made it happen. The service and personnel were courteous and compliant, Monica was like my personal assistant helping with my selections, and info requests. The bite and fit, and color where correct from the minute the FEDX box was opened.

I bought upper and lower veneers and spent 1300USD and I'm not satisfied with the products. It's hurt my teeth when I'm eating. And I can't even chew the food. The veneers is too big and it looks so fake. Plus, the customer service is bad. I emailed them about my problems they don't even give me a reply to solve my problem hmm.

I love my veneers. I have had them for over a year and now I am ordering my 2nd set. I am currently undergoing chemo for 4th stage ovarian cancer and I cannot have the major dental work done that I need. BIL VENEERS gives me a solution that helps my confidence .
