UK customer, had several sets of top arches done, and always a great product. Some things on the site does confuse but do not worry about it, it is genuine and the product really is a life changer. I wear mine 24 hours a day, and generally it lasts about 2 years before needing a replacement. Do not look at cheaper alternatives, nothing compares to Brighter Image Lab. Thank you BIL.
