My experience with Brighter Image was phenomenal. Not only did Mr. Watson come all the way to NC. to help me with finally having a beautiful smile, but he met me very close to where I was to do the interview.
I appreciate my new smile but I also appreciate the way he made me feel when I met him. He has a very nurturing demeanor and I felt so comfortable with him.

He did tell me that people would think we met before, but I will tell you that I never met him before in my life.
When I received the trays in the mail, I didn't know what to expect, but mixing the ingredients for the impressions were really easy.
Even though they gave me 2 for your upper/lower, (just in case you mess one) it wasn't hard. He included a return envelope and off it went!

Hannah is the customer service rep that received many of my calls.
She was very pleasant and informative every time we corresponded.

It didn't take long to hear back about the progress of my new smile being created for me at all, and when I looked in the mirror at the way I looked, I was flabbergasted!
It is very easy to put in my mouth and they don't feel or look bulky at all.
I have never had pearly whites, and honey I love them. I want to again send a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Watson and his team at Brighter Image for a smile that was long time coming!

My best friend Dean Miller had a broken bridge and was looking at $30 K and 2 yrs to fix his teeth. Thanks to Youtube I found " Brighter Image Lab " videos and researched the company. After two weeks I decided to order the top veneer as a surprise for him . I am so pleased with the service through the whole process . It took less than 30 days total.

Perfect! Only lab I trust! Do not hesitate to order!

My experience was incredibly positive and I most definitely recommend BIL to everyone who is looking for an affordable way to get a great smile. The product quality is very high, they work with you until you get a perfect fit (you get two times to adjust for free if you need it), and the customer support was excellent. I've gotten my top arch and am about to get my bottom arch. The reason I have rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars is for two reasons - not terrible ones, but important enough to reduce my rating by one star: (1) Although they're right that their charge is lower than that of an orthodontist, the truth also is that they are charging about 40% more than necessary. In other words, if they charged $350 for one arch they'd still be making a good profit for all of the personalized work they put into each person's customized arch. Keep in mind though that these aren't the cheap crappy stuff you find online, nor are they merely cosmetic like a "flipper". They really do transform your smile. (2) The prep time is about twice as long as it should be. Other than that, I'm thrilled with BIL.

I had a baby tooth that came out on top and I wanted to do some thing about it, other then going to the dentist. I seen a video on youtube and watched it, It was a video for Brighter Image Lab. So I decided to order both upper and lower arches. I also wear a parcel plate on the bottom because I have three teeth in the front. They send me the impression plates and I did what the directions said and sent them back, When I got the snap on veneers, I couldn't believe the difference with them on. I just love how they look.

My experience with Brighter Image Lab beat instasmile. Brighter Image Lab did everything right in one single attempt. Everything Instasmile couldnt do for me with three failed attempts. BIL enhanced my smile and it continues to change my life. Thank you, BIL!!!

My husband got his Veneers about 2 years ago and they still look brand new! He absolutely loves them and wouldn't be satisfied with any company other than the Brighter Image Lab!

Was very impressed with the fit and look of my 1st set of the veneers fit perfectly right out of the Box only problem my puppy ate them ordered a second set same situation fit perfectly and correctly have had no problems what so ever with them highly recommend these veneers
