Brighter Image Labs is a complete rip off. I paid $1795.00 to a company for veneers in which they could not ship because their impression kits do not work. They can not provide the service or veneer products. The customer service was rude and hung up on me. At this time they are trying to not refund my money even though service and products could not be shipped. Buyer Beware this company is a SCAM
