Using the incrediBil veneers has been life-changing. My confidence in my smile, and consequently confidence in all other aspects of my life has grown. The product is easy to wear, care for and durable. I would recommend them to anyone.

After getting numerous dental estimates for veneers which ranged $20K +, Brighter Image Lab was the clear and obvious choice for me. Watching the videos online for a couple of years, I decided to give them a call and today I am ecstatic that I did!! My BiLVeneers are amazing! I first checked online to see if I was eligible for the BiLVeneers and was offered a great price. The process for getting started was super easy and when I had questions the Reps were very pleasant and answered all of my questions. No more hiding my smile due to gaps and spaces in my teeth. Now I can smile with confidence thanks to Brighter Image Labs!!

While I want to be original...It is true, that they changed my life. I was laughed at, made fun or, turned down by multiple dentist offices. My story would most likely compare to others...The end result was what most did not want to deal with....except for Brighter Image. No words to describe. Smiles forever is how I would describe...thank you is not merely enough!

Brighter Image produces a product that meets a real need in the market, people who aren't ready to pay 20-40 grand on veneers or implants. However, Brighter Image veneers do not last long. I bought the premium product which I am convinced is just an upsale and also the warranty for 149.99. My top and bottom veneer broke about 13 months after purchasing. I called to have them repair it with the warranty I dropped 150 bucks for. I was told I needed to pay and additional 150 dollars! This fee was to activate my warranty! Unbelievable. I insisted that I wasn't aware of this hidden fee and that paying to activate a warrantly seemed ridiculous. After 6 weeks of delay without veneers mind you, I finally had to pay the 150...otherwise my 1700.00 investment was gone. Save your money and get the real thing. UPDATE: Since I last posted my warranty claim has been cancelled by Brighter Image with no explanation and no one returning my calls or messages. WOW! They even have my veneers which I have now been without for over two months.

I got the IncrediBIL top and bottom arches and they fit and look great! I would highly recommended spending a few extra dollars to get these. They are worth it!

Better option than the $35,000 bill from the dentist

I am a person in the public eye, I do YouTube for a living. I have decent teeth... How ever in my top row two are crooked and it takes away from being in the lime light with fans! I stumbled across Brighter Image Labs googling veneers, and I was astounded by the quality of their work!

This will be my second time doing business with BIL and was extremely pleased with the quality, speed and most importantly customer service was fantastic. I would recommend anyone looking for inexpensive way of getting veneers.

I began the process of ordering my veneers; my mind was set and I wanted to make the purchase. I had a few options, pay in full, quad pay, or pay over time. The information for the pay in full and quad pay was pretty straight forward. I tried to look at the pay over time option, so that I could compare the 3 options and make an educated decision on what the best option for me was. I was having an awful time trying to find information on the website for the pay over time option. I was directed to another site where I had to fill out an application and pay a small deposit of $149 (I was told the deposit could be applied to any payment option), only then could I begin to see the pricing information for the pay over time option, in the form of a contract. The price difference between the pay over time option and the pay in full option was more than double. I began emailing the financing company with my questions (email is the only way you can communicate with them...red flag), as I was trying to make an informed decision which way to go before I signed a contract. First I was told that the pay over time option could be paid off early, that I could enjoy the convenience of low payments and a low deposit if needed, pay off early and only pay slightly more than if I had originally paid in full. Okay, that sounds great. They then sent me a chart which stated a principle balance and early payoff figures. The only problem was that there was almost a $450 difference between the figure in the chart and the total of my what my payments would be. I questioned this difference. The company claims upfront pricing, but their third party financer must not know that, because I'm still waiting. I sent email after email with the same concern. If I got a reply, it was short and made no sense, only creating more questions. I could have just said forget it, and paid in full, but now I was frustrated and felt like they were hiding something. The financing company claimed they didn't charge interest, so any discounts are forfeited, which was why the veneers would be more than double the cost...fine, I understood that, but why was there a $450 difference between the price I was quoted and the price I would be paying...THAT'S ALL I WANTED TO KNOW. We will probably never know, because they quit responding to my emails. I gave up, asked for them to refund my deposit, and ordered from a different company. Thank God I didn't just trust them and sign the contract, because who knows what the real terms and conditions are. I sent one last email to client services, along with the string of emails between myself and the financer, just so they were aware that...hey, I really wanted to order from you, but this is why I didn't. No apology, no explanation ever came. The response from client services was " It looks like the financing company responded to you." What? Seriously? I can understand this treatment if I had been ill tempered in any way, but that wasn't the case. I opted to go with Instasmile. The information on their website is upfront and easy to obtain. The price was much better and customer service has been tremendous. It remains to be seen if I will even get my deposit back from brighter image lab. The whole thing just seemed shady to me, for a lack of a better word. Be weary and ask questions before you hand them money, and do not sign that contract until you get ACCURATE information.
One last thing...I wondered why I was being treated so badly while all these great reviews are on this page. Turns out, in order to get a free veneer cleaner and other "gifts", you must first become friends with "Bill" and leave a positive review smh

It looks perfect. My friends don't believe, it is just veneer until I take it off. It appears absolutely realistic around the gumline and on top as well. I messed up my first impression, good that they are sending extra stuff. Their YouTube video was very helpful.Fast service. From on line order to veneers in my mouth it took exactly 1 month. I'm impressed and I would recommend it to everyone

I am a single, active duty military mom and can not afford dental work done. The military only provides and annual cleaning and in the worst cases braces if your teeth are really bad off. My teeth aren t too bad but I have Little gaps here and there. These clip on veneers are an awesome deal that lets you pay half up front then the other half later. Or you can pay weekly. Saved up the money and bam! New smile new me.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Do not use this company! Once you sign the contract you are screwed especially if you can't use the product.

I watched video testimonials, reviews, BIL ads gor months before finally ordering. I at first thought that I couldn't afford to buy these but after considering the things I was missing out on in my life due to a bad smile I finally decided I couldn't afford NOT to. I orderec and then I prayed. I prayed I wasn't going to get ripped off, I prayed they'd arrive quickly, I prayed they'd fit and I prayed they'd look good.
I got everything I prayed for and more. These truly changed my life in ways I hadn't even considered. The only thing I would have done differently was if I had known the happiness these would bring me as well as my loved ones( Because I smile ALL the time now) i would have ordered them the first time my heart told me to.

So happy with what i received. I am blown away with what I got. So happy I decided to this. Anyone on the fence about it I say do it you won t be disappointed.

Until I receive my veneers I am pulling back my 5 star rating! I went back for a second purchase. Paid $499 express service 48-72 hours and it s been 7 days, they still haven t shipped. I ve been told Quality control hasn t made a pair that passed final inspection. I was told I d have them Tuesday at noon the latest, it s now Friday and they still are not in the mail! I mention wanting the $499 back I paid for express and I m told it s not guaranteed. What!? I get charged $499 and they can just take their time. Not right, I want my express fees refunded. If you can t back a service don t offer it!

Man one day i had broken my flipper that I d had since a kid. I panicked and didn t know what to do and what resources i had to get something quick to fix this one tooth i had that was missing. I found on YouTube the Brighter Image Lab. Initially i suspected that it was a scam only cause I d never heard of the company before, but after placing my order and paying the first deposit, about three weeks later i had gotten the cold kit, sent it back, and another three weeks i had got this beautiful top set of veneers. Man i got so many compliments on them, they last a lil over two years then towards the end of the two years they started to turn yellow a little, or ordered another set and these lasted another two years and now it s time for a new set since my daughter picked them up and broke them in two pieces I recommend these for anyone with teeth issues, or an embarrassing smile. They ll make you so happy all you ll wanna do is smile.

I cannot rate Brighter Image Lab highly enough. I am from Warrington, England UK. Yes I had doubts about spending money for veneers from abroad but I took a chance and wow it worked out! I will be honest and the first veneers sent were not quite right for me. I sent them back and got the most perfect veneers resent. I nearly cried when I put them in. I have been on my first holiday to Spain last month and everyone saw my veneers and my teeth without wearing them. Everyone was shocked and very impressed as they had never seen anything so good. I ordered my veneers back in March. I was very excited to receive them. Once I got them, i did everything the instructions told me to do. The instructions were very clear and helpful. However they still did not fit quite well. They were very good about adjusting them. The reason behind a 4 star review, is because when my veneers broke, I called and was told 3 different things by different associates. Thankfully I spoke to a woman named Shelly who was very helpful and clarified things for me. I am now ordering a new set. I will NOT go anywhere with my veneers. They have changed my life!!

My very first call to Brighter Image was handled by Chris who was patient and caring. I always called asking for Chris who made me feel comfortable, but soon realized that all of the representatives are kind and professional as he.

The process was very easy and Brighter Image basically holds your hand every step of the way if need be. I am considering lower veneers as well, even though my bottom teeth don't show during my smile.

Brighter image has literally changed my life! I had dental surgery when I was very young and I had to have a permanent tooth removed. Half of my life I have been wearing what is called a flipper to fill in the gap where my permanent tooth should have been. I have had several of these devices made and they never did match or look like it was meant to be there. I have small teeth anyways and after discovering Brighter Image, I knew this was my next step in changing my smile! And boy did it! The appearance of my smile now is amazing! Nearly three years ago I took the bold step and tried Brighter Image Lab's porcelain veneer for my upper arch. From the moment I received them until last evening when I mistakenly put it down my garbage disposal and destroyed it I was perfectly happy with the functionality and appearance. They are so strong even the garbage disposal didn't destroy them completely. I am having my second porcelain veneer done asap. I just ADORE BIL VENEERS! It truly was a dream realized!. My teeth are very thin. I have had my veneers since 2015! Just about 4 years now... I wear them everyday and I love them! I have learned what foods are ok to eat with them in public and have been eating with them for 4 years! They do wear sooner in the back if you do that but that was something I expected.. Not having to take them out to eat in public was important to me. When I am home and at night I do take them out and keep them in a dish with water in it. I love my Brighter Image Lab veneers. I was born with the smallest teeth ever. Even though my teeth were straight, no one could see them when I smilled. Now with Brighter Image Lab veneers, I can smile and show my beautiful teeth!

I order my veneers about a year ago, I wish I knew about this company sooner, Before I order my veneers I was putting this plastic beads that u melt in hot water over my teeth, Totally awful it was to thick and it looked like plastic was on my teeth, I work in the healthcare field I talk and smile a lot, Though it all I truly love my veneers NOW I CAN FACE THE WORLD WITH A DAZZLING SMILE

Let me tell you guys that this company has CHANGED MY LIFE... I'm. Not even exaggerating in the slightest... Through many abusive relationships my teeth have been chipped and I have been put down for years about my teeth making me so self conscious I didn't even smile... 4 years ago I had my son and was sick my ENTIRE pregnancy which caused several facial cavities on my front teeth which made me even more self conscious.. I found Brighter Image Labs through a YouTube video I was watching and because my family knew how much I hated my teeth and how much it affected my everyday life I had 6 family members plus my sons father all go in to help me get my Bil Veneers even though we were EXTREMELY NERVOUS about putting that much money out there at this point I had nothing to lose and every YouTube video seemed to me a dream. Come true so they all came together and purchased the BIL veneers for my birthday present last year... Which as since changed my entire life I now am an apprentice at the top salon in my state and NEVER STOP SMILING everyone tells me how beautiful my teeth are and have NO IDEA they're press on veneers!! This company has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure I am happy and satisfied and they have helped me more than anyone on the team can possibly know!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE as far as customer service and reliability go!! I did my research for a veneer company. The reputation and quality of this company was Exactly what I was looking for. I filled out a finance application and put my &195 deposit down. Unfortunately, only a couple days later my financial situation changed. I was no longer able to afford them and because my application wasn t fully processed I was told it would be no hassle. After 3 phone calls and multiple e-mails I was finally able to get a confirmation from someone that I would get a refund. This was Oct 31st, 2018. 7-10 days for my refund. 2 weeks go by, no refund. I call, and call, and call. The beginning of November the office manager tell me I should be getting my refund by the end of the day and she doesn t know why the finance department didn t process it. WHAT!?? Well... it still
Didn t come. I call back and she assured me now that they said I ll get it by the end of the day. I ask for it in writing via e mail.... I received a receipt e mail that they processed my refund Nov. 14th. STILL NO REFUND! My bank shows nothing pending or processing. THIS IS NOT OK. Lie after lie after lie with this company.
