Brighter Image Lab has such a superior comfortable product. I initially ordered from them six years ago along with a few others and they outlasted the other brands by five years and was a comfortable fit and excellent looking. I have had so many compliments.

I have had the veneers 6 months. I now have tmj, and multiple sores in my mouth. The size of the dentures have adjusted my jaw and every time I chew any food my job clicks out of place my tenant says it is a direct result of my veneers. The condition of my teeth in the last six months since having these veneers has drastically went down I brush my teeth three times a day and disinfect my teeth both multiple times a day to keep them clean I was flossing our use of water pig I read all the instructions and directions and now I have a permanent disfiguration and I cannot even eat regular food right now because the pain in my jaw is so severe that I give up eating I want it all of this for a cosmetic change and me wanting a nice smile has now made of me losing 15 pounds from not being able to eat. I also have additional source where the edge of the veneers meet my gumline I was very happy with the aesthetic look but the physical state that it is left my teeth in it s so bad that I will now need reconstructive surgery

back in 2014 got my snap on veneers took a few times to get them right but we worked well together and got them done now am after 4 years returning to get another set these are them great smile replacing an upper left incisor !

Brighter image lab has changed my life in such a positive way! I enjoy wearing my veneer during special occasions, especially since I live in Hawaii and dance hula. I have become a much more confident person and not so shy and ashamed of my smile. Over the past week, we've went through dealing with Hurricane Lane and in all the chaos, I've lost my veneer :( I am currently in the process of re-ordering a new arch as soon as I can because I wouldn't want to live without it. Communicating with the brighter image staff has been easy and they are all so kind and understanding.

Hey, I paid in full back in December. less than 14 days after that I changed my mind because I was told I'm going to need bone grafts on my jaw. I asked for a refund. I sent back the unopened impression kit as Monica in accounts told me this was part of the process. I was told that they would keep 20% retainer fee for their troubles and I thought that was fair enough even though no work had been carried out what so ever. So I sent back the unused unopened impression kit and heard nothing back! I got an email months later to say that they had received the kit (maybe the postal system was messed up with Covid19, I'm from Ireland). So I wait to hear back within 14 days as it states on the website. I dont hear back. I make contact several times and when I say several I mean, it's actually ridiculous how many times I made contact and had to repeat the same story over and over again and I kept getting told that they would flag it with management etc. Then I was told the refund request was denied, no explanation, no effort to resolve the issue. They didn't even make contact with me to notify of that. It was only after three days of trying to make contact that I finally got a very short email from Shelly to say it was denied, no explanation or effort or even advice on where to go from there in regards to the whole thing. Didn't even offer to send the impression kit back to me. So I got on to them explaining that they've taken my money and provided me with no product, that no work has been carried out and that I changed my mind within 14 days. I question why did they ask me to send back the impression system if the request was just going to be denied. They said they would start the process again as they said it was denied because they didn't receive the impression system on time. Nowhere in their terms and conditions does it state that the impression system needed to be received within a specific time period when paid in full. Also Monica from accounts mentioned that once the impression system was received that the refund request process would then be started. To date I have received no veneers or refund. No work was ever carried out on my case and the initial impression box was never even opened, I sent it straight back and followed procedure. They have failed to respond within the stated time frame (not the one in their terms and conditions, but the one I was told by Monica initially when she explained the refund process to me). They have also failed to provide me with any product or resolution on the case. So basically I'm over 1000 euro down with nothing to show for it except frustration and a very negative experience. I would give them minus stars if I had the chance.

The customer service was Amazing .... It actually didn't take long for the veneers to arrive!! An the fitting was perfect !! Its like At time's I forget i have them on lol ... I hate the way my teeth look I stopped smiling. I purchase a top set of veneers from Brighter Image lab. At first it was kinda hard to get use to the way I looked but as time passed I really began to like them. So when I lost them I was not happy, there for I am purchasing another set and look forward to smiling again!

I love my press on veneers, I had a plate previous that were a different shade to my teeth & still had a gap at the front. The veneers fit perfectly over my teeth, great colour & I have them in all the time. Can eat most anything although I haven't tried any hard lollies !! I got both the top and lower arch.This was last year towards end of October.What impressed me the most is the customer care services.They are the best company that have ever met.It was my pleasure dealing with you guys.They responded so quickly through emails and called me whenever I had any trouble.They keep me posted in each and every stage on how my veneerswere coming along.It took 7 days to get my kit and 7 days for them to receive being that I live in a remote part of Australia.It took them another 7 days to work on my mould. Unfortunately the lower mould was rejected and I had to redo and send back without any shipping payment.Finally it was time to receive my veneers which was delivered at my work place by FedEx.I was so impressed with what I saw and try them immediately in the washroom.The veneers fitted my teeth perfectly and I was so happy and could smile with confidence without fear.Thats my honest review and I would anytime/day recommend anyone to Brighter Lab Image.

I have owned teen from bighter image labs for over four years. They are so good that when I went to visit my dentist for another matter, he thought I had a full set of implants! He was only 4' away from me and was shocked when I removed them.
I have received compliments from many strangers about my smile, traveled the world with them and eat all the time with them.
I recently lost the teeth and am immediately ordering another set. They still were not worn out.

Back in 2016 I noticed myself, increasingly, placing a hand over my mouth everytime I laughed or in conversation and I was further told that I hardly ever smiled anymore. Actually I was self concious and ashamed of my broken, chipped and missing teeth. I needed some work doing on my teeth but my National Health Service dentist told me there was nothing that could be done without extensive dental treatment or dentures. I had tried partial dentures before which lost me two more upper arch teeth due to poorly fitted teeth clamps. I searched the internet to find only very expensive porceline inserts. Then I came across your fantastic advert for Clip-On veneers. These were more in line with what I could afford at the time so I applied, completed the simple procedure for making the impressions and received my new upper and lower clip-ons. The first pair needed adjusting but after receiving them back I can honestly say I wear them all the time. I can now laugh out loud, smile broadly and talk without waving my hands in front of my face as if I have bad breath. My veneers have given me the confidence to speak more often, smile broadly and laugh with the rest of the world when I want to.

I ordered the top arch veneer around July/Aug 2018 unfortunately i had to send it back 2 times to get the perfect fit. Brighter Image lab always listened to my requests and tried approving the veneers to fit me perfectly, which it does on the 3rd try. i am thankful as its not a cheap purchase, so knowing now they fit perfectly for the years to come. I would highly recommend brighter image lab, the veneer has lifted my confidence significantly. I am from Australia and the process wasnt difficult but wish i would have had a consultant allocated to my case and be in touch with me through out the whole process as advertised when placing an order as with the time difference it was a bit tricky to get in contact through their live chat on their website, but they always were helpful and responded quickly when i reached out. I would 100% recommend brighter image lab to anyone who wants to genuinely start smiling without feeling self conscious, you dont realize how much a beautiful confident changes your life.

I was originally looking at Instasmile and saw how many people didn t like them. With further research, I came across Brighter Image Lab. To see the before and afters of people who had the same feeling about their smile, I was mind blown and very determined to get myself a set.
I ve had mine for almost 2 years now. They haven t changed at all so they still look brand new! Material is very strong but not bulky. I had a natural lisp for about a day or two and it disappeared. You would never know I had veneers unless I told you!

Very very bad place! Don t waste your money, unless of coarse you have no teeth and would rather have a plastic fake looking piece in your mouth that make you talk funny. If you have no teeth to you this might be better, but I have teeth and wanted a better look so I paid 1747.00 for the upper and lower and they couldn t get these to fit properly. They did them over three times and I still after 1.5 years do not have anything that fits for all the money I spent. I got an attorney, I sent a complaint to the better business bureau. yes I spent almost just as much on an attorney but it s not about the money anymore I know the money is gone. It s about the principle and wanting to stop them from taking advantage of others. Everyone wants nicer teeth at more affordable prices, but do your self a favor and don t fall for this gimmick. I took these to my dentist and he says those are not vaneers but they are basically a mouth guard. Go to your dentist first before spending the money on this fake. A lot of cosmetic dentist have payment plans that are affordable. I wish I had done that instead. Could have put all this money towards a something legit. I learned an expensive lesson but please please check out more options from places and people you can talk to face to face and not online. Good Luck! Btw only reason I gave them a 1 Star was because you have to do at least one in order to leave a review otherwise they would not have gotten any.

I never have been disappointed in a product I bought ever online and I never write reviews but this is the first time that I'm so upset, don't waste your money and time invest in a real veneers it's not worth it, it looks so fake they don't even fit me I try to contact them so that they can fix it for me but I never hear anything back nor do they even try!

Would highly recommend/already do recommend to all my friends and family. They really work with you on payments/adjustments to make these detailed for you! Couldn't be happier and they ALWAYS seem go be able to answer the phone anytime I wanted to call real quick, EVEN IF IT WAS 10PM!! They have made me feel important and like I was thier one and only customer which really is a major point to stress since I never got to see anyone from the company actually face to face. BIL has truly changed my life. They continue to improve their products every year I bought the BIL veneers in October 2018 when they were brand new and they are amazing. They honestly look so real. I eat and drink with them, clean them at night in denture solution and they are good to go. I try to not eat with them in but it works good if I am somewhere I can t take them out. BIL is the best company out there making these snap on veneers. It may not work for everyone but it has worked WONDERS for me.

Anyone with a cosmetic dental issue really needs to check out Brighter Image Lab. If you don't have the thousands and thousands of dollars needed to have cosmetic dental work done, you can get a cosmetically wonderful result for a very reasonable cost through Brighter Image Lab. They offer a quality product that should last years if taken care of. Personally, unless I'm out in public I remove the appliance while eating, but with some support from something like Polident to hold them in you can even eat with the appliance in. In my case I had a missing upper lateral incisor and was looking at an implant and crown for thousands or a partial for about the cost of the BIL appliance which covers, making like new, my 10 front upper teeth instead of just one. AMAZING!!!! First of all the customer service team is exceptional, Chris was my smile rep. and was so friendly and kind, he went above and beyond to help me and communicate with me throughout the process. Second Bil is amazing, what the company does to help people is incredible. As far as the veneers go, the day I received them I was so excited, until I put them in.... I was shocked, and scared, they felt so weird and out of place, I couldnt talk... I didnt know what to do.... so VERY IMPORTANT if you are thinking about ordering expect to be shocked but please, please, give them a few days before you panic.... unlike me I panicked but the second day I put them in and wore them around the house for a few hours and they begin to feel better, my speech gradually improved, then the third day my mouth was so sore I could barely open it but again I wanted so bad for them to work I pressed on ... So thankful that I did because after about 5 days my mouth was no longer sore, my speech is fine, AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! They look so real and feel so good. You will not be disappointed, just give them a few days to adjust to your mouth and you will not stop smiling.

So.... happy with the way the veneers fit my teeth and make my smile look. It s so easy to snap them in and out of my mouth and they look quite natural .No one so far, could tell I have them on. The customer service was excellent!! I highly recommend BIL veneers! Just have a little patient when going through the process.

I just wanted to take a minute to say how excited I am about my new veneers. I have been wearing them now for about three months and I can not do without them. The veneers have changed the way I interact with people. I know longer have to make an effort to hide my mouth. It has given me a new freedom.
