I called on the phone to BIL and spoke to a friendly and knowledgeable lady. We talked for a long while and she answered all my questions with no problem. I paid for half of my order then, and the impressions came 3 days later in the mail. I received many emails telling me of the process while waiting for my veneers. They came 3 1/2 weeks later in the mail. When I 1st put them on they seemed a bit stiff but looked very good and natural. The directions suggested to put them in hot water before putting them in your mouth and that worked and they feel a lot better now. Everyday I wear them I get many compliments on my teeth from people I do know and people I just met.
