I have written many reviews on Google and this one gives me the greatest pleasure to write. Brighter Image Labs Director, Bil Watson is a compassionate, and caring man, he is obsessed with customer satisfaction, and genuinely enjoys positively changing people's lives. He and his staff go out of their way to ensure that the customer is happy. I am ecstatic with my new smile! Gradually over the last 10 years or SO, my teeth have gotten uglier and uglier to the point that I developed a habit of smiling closed mouthed in social situations. Although I did not pay extra for the express service, I got an email from Brighter Image Labs just 10 days after I sent off my impressions and since I live close to the company they asked me if I would come in person to pick my new Bilveneer smile. I called them right away and told them I was in the area and I'd be there in 15 minutes. When I got there the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. I was presented with my new veneers by Bil himself. When I put them on for the first time, he handed me a mirror. I was so happy with my new smile, I couldn't hold back my natural smile that I've been restricting from view for so many years. All I could think about was going out and showing off my new smile to my friends and even strike up conversations with complete strangers. Since I've started wearing my new veneers, I haven't gone anywhere with out them in. I've found a new confidence in me that was never there before. I have been more conversational with people and love to show off my new, beautiful, Hollywood smile! If you are on the fence about doing this. All I can say is, stop wasting time deciding and just do it. You WILL NOT REGRET IT!
