ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE as far as customer service and reliability go!! I did my research for a veneer company. The reputation and quality of this company was Exactly what I was looking for. I filled out a finance application and put my &195 deposit down. Unfortunately, only a couple days later my financial situation changed. I was no longer able to afford them and because my application wasn t fully processed I was told it would be no hassle. After 3 phone calls and multiple e-mails I was finally able to get a confirmation from someone that I would get a refund. This was Oct 31st, 2018. 7-10 days for my refund. 2 weeks go by, no refund. I call, and call, and call. The beginning of November the office manager tell me I should be getting my refund by the end of the day and she doesn t know why the finance department didn t process it. WHAT!?? Well... it still
Didn t come. I call back and she assured me now that they said I ll get it by the end of the day. I ask for it in writing via e mail.... I received a receipt e mail that they processed my refund Nov. 14th. STILL NO REFUND! My bank shows nothing pending or processing. THIS IS NOT OK. Lie after lie after lie with this company.
