Until I receive my veneers I am pulling back my 5 star rating! I went back for a second purchase. Paid $499 express service 48-72 hours and it s been 7 days, they still haven t shipped. I ve been told Quality control hasn t made a pair that passed final inspection. I was told I d have them Tuesday at noon the latest, it s now Friday and they still are not in the mail! I mention wanting the $499 back I paid for express and I m told it s not guaranteed. What!? I get charged $499 and they can just take their time. Not right, I want my express fees refunded. If you can t back a service don t offer it!
