Brighter Image produces a product that meets a real need in the market, people who aren't ready to pay 20-40 grand on veneers or implants. However, Brighter Image veneers do not last long. I bought the premium product which I am convinced is just an upsale and also the warranty for 149.99. My top and bottom veneer broke about 13 months after purchasing. I called to have them repair it with the warranty I dropped 150 bucks for. I was told I needed to pay and additional 150 dollars! This fee was to activate my warranty! Unbelievable. I insisted that I wasn't aware of this hidden fee and that paying to activate a warrantly seemed ridiculous. After 6 weeks of delay without veneers mind you, I finally had to pay the 150...otherwise my 1700.00 investment was gone. Save your money and get the real thing. UPDATE: Since I last posted my warranty claim has been cancelled by Brighter Image with no explanation and no one returning my calls or messages. WOW! They even have my veneers which I have now been without for over two months.
