I went in to this dealer just simply to look and I made it all the to the inside of the building before anyone spoke to me. Lance approached me and greeted me like I was a long lost friend. It threw me off a bit since no one is usually this nice to someone they don't know, but it was nice. He was very knowledgeable about his product and before I knew it I was signing up for a car I really wanted. He listened to everything I had to say and got me exactly what I was truly looking for.
