Knowledgeable staff and clean facilities. We spent the better part of the afternoon working with Hiram to see if we could get a deal that satisfied both parties. Unfortunately, we didn't walk away with a new car. The sales manager who stopped us on the way out was very aggressive and he definitely put it better than I ever could - "I want to sell you a car more than you want to buy one."
